DA increase orders will be issued soon

Till now, many states like Haryana, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan have announced DA and bonus and now the Uttarakhand government is preparing to increase the DA of its employees and pensioners by 4%. It is likely that the CM will approve After the meeting, orders for DA increase can soon be issued by the Finance Department.

Possible to get 46% DA benefit from July

At present the dearness allowance of state employees pensioners is 42% and after the increase of 4 percent it will become 46%. There is a possibility that like the Central government, it will be implemented by the state government from July 1, 2023, in such a situation, arrears of 4 months will also be available. If DA is increased in November, then the salary may increase with the new rates in December, i.e. the salary for December. With this, you can get the benefit of 46 percent DA and arrears. However, official confirmation is yet to come.

7th and 6th Pay Commission employees and pensioners will get benefits

With this, more than 3 lakh government, aided educational and technical educational institutions of the state, post holders working in UGC pay scales and employees and pensioners of urban bodies will get benefit of the Seventh Pay Commission. Also, the dearness allowance of the employees drawing the sixth pay scale will also be benefited. Will be increased. Payment of increased dearness allowance will entail an annual expenditure of approximately Rs 600 crore on the government treasury. This will increase the monthly honorarium of employees from Rs 2000 to Rs 5000.
