Employees DA Increased: Dearness Allowance Increased By 4 %, Arrears Will Be Paid For 6 Months

There is good news for state employees. His dearness allowance has been increased. With the increase of 4 percent, their inflation rate will increase to 38%. This will benefit 3000 retired employees and other employees.

The same will see an increase in their salary up to Rs.8000. Not only this, they will be paid arrears of 6 months. Let us inform that before this the dearness allowance of the employees has been increased from 34 to 38 percent. Earlier, the dearness allowance of the employees was increased by 4% by the Uttar Pradesh government. At the same time, they are getting the benefit of 38 percent dearness allowance equal to that of the central government.

Now DA at the rate of 38 percent will also be made available to the employees of Housing Development Council. The DA of the employees will see an increase from Rs 800 to Rs 8000. The allowance will be effective from July 2022.

Development under 8 City Challenge Plan

A decision on this has been taken in the meeting of the Uttar Pradesh Housing Development Council. Along with this, preparations are being made to make major changes in the Ayodhya scheme. This scheme will be completely changed. Preparations have been made to develop it under the 8 City Challenge scheme of the Central Government. Under this, a grant of thousands of rupees will be given by the central government. At the same time, to get Rs 1000 crore, the housing department will have to make changes in this scheme. 15% green area can be increased to 23%.

Many other proposals also approved

Apart from this, many other proposals have also been approved in the meeting. Now the plot allotment policy for Math, Charitable Trust and Religious Institution has also been approved by the Board. Giving information in this matter, Additional Housing Commissioner and Secretary Neeraj Shukla said that now plots will be allotted for Math, Charitable Trust and religious institution.

Under this policy, the rate of plot allotted for Math, Charitable Trust will be one and a half times higher than the rate of residential plot. Along with this, 12 percent freehold fee will also be added to its cost. Not only this, in case of a corner plot, it will be necessary to pay 10 percent additional fee.

Plots will be allotted to registered institutions only.

Allotment of plot to charitable trust and religious institution registered for more than 3 years for not-for-profit company under Indian Trust Act 1882 and Indian Companies Act 2013. Along with this, the founder members of the institutions are honored with the Bharat Ratna Padma Award, then such institutions will be given priority in the allotment of plots.
