The company has said that all these passengers can travel anywhere in the country for free once. In 12 months, these passengers can book tickets for any city in the country. After this matter, the company has also apologized to all the passengers. Along with this, all the crew of the flight have been removed till further orders.

When the airline came to know about the mistake, the passengers left at the airport were sent to Delhi by another flight after four hours.
