The minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 21.6 degrees Celsius on Friday. The Meteorological Department has predicted severe heat. According to the department, the maximum temperature today is expected to be around 42 degrees Celsius. A heat wave alert has been issued in Delhi on April 25. There is a possibility of heat wave on April 26 as well. After this, there may be some relief in the weather.
Severe heat wave likely to continue in Rajasthan
Most parts of Rajasthan are in the grip of severe heat. This phase is likely to continue. According to the Meteorological Department, many parts of the state will be in the grip of heat wave in the coming days. According to the Meteorological Center Jaipur, the highest maximum temperature in the state was recorded at 44.8 degrees Celsius in Barmer, which is 4.5 degrees more than normal. There is a possibility of a 2-3 degree Celsius increase in temperature in the next 2-3 days. Heat wave may occur at some places in the western and northern parts of the state from 25 to 30 April.
How will the weather be in Bihar?
Many districts of Bihar are in the grip of severe heat. Hot winds are blowing in districts like Buxar, Gaya, Dehri, Aurangabad, Bhojpur and Siwan including the capital Patna. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning saying that this situation will continue till April 26. At the same time, rain and hailstorm can be seen in Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Madhepura, Saharsa, Purnia and Katihar districts.
What will the weather be like in Jharkhand?
On 25 April, many districts of Jharkhand will experience heat and humidity. According to the Meteorological Department, apart from Deoghar, Damka, Jamtara, Godda, Pakur and Sahibganj districts of Santhal Pargana, Dhanbad and Giridih districts will also experience humid heat. On Friday, the sky in Jharkhand will be mostly clear and the weather will be dry. The maximum temperature of the capital Ranchi is expected to be 39 degrees centigrade.
There is a possibility of heat wave in these states as well
The Meteorological Department has predicted heat wave conditions in Uttar Pradesh, Vidarbha, Odisha, West Bengal between 25 and 26 April. Heat wave conditions are likely in Punjab and Haryana during 25-29 April. Heat wave conditions are likely in Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada on 25 April. Hot weather is likely in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Rayalaseema during 25-26 April.
