It is mandatory to install High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) along with third registration mark (color coded sticker) on new and old vehicles registered in Delhi.

- First of all go to the official portal www.bookmyhsrp.com .
- Now choose the correct option here. If you need both High Security Registration Plate and Colour Coded Sticker, then choose High Security Registration Plate with Coloured Sticker.
- If you already have HSRP and just need colour-coded stickers, then choose only colour coded stickers.
- Enter vehicle details.
- You will have to provide your vehicle’s registration number, chassis number, engine number and other important information. Keep in mind here that for these details, you must have your vehicle’s registration certificate i.e. RC.
- Book an appointment. After entering your details, you will be able to book an appointment for pick-up or home delivery at a specified location. Choose your preferred method and select the appropriate date and time from the available slots.
- Make online payment. The application process is completed by making the online payment. You will get a receipt which you may have to show if asked by the traffic police.
