Rain will be seen in the areas around Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj.
There are chances of change in weather in Haryana and Punjab. Strong winds can blow while rain forecast has been issued in Rajasthan as well. Heavy rain can be seen in Bikaner, Jaipur, Kota and Bharatpur. The situation has become serious due to floods in Assam. A population of 33000 in 214 villages has been affected due to floods and landslides. The water level of rivers has also increased in the Northeast.
