India Post GDS Result 2025 Out, 2nd Merit List PDF for All States

India Post GDS 2nd Merit List 2025: Indian Postal Department has released the second merit list of Gramin Dak Sevak 2025 recruitment. The department has released the second merit list for January 2025 on the official website indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. Candidates can download the state-wise second merit list.

Indian Postal Department organized this recruitment drive to fill 21413 posts of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS)/Branch Postmaster (BPM)/Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM).

State-wise merit list available on the website

Online applications for India Post GDS 2025 recruitment were invited from February 10, 2025 to March 3, 2025. Candidates who had successfully registered within the stipulated time limit and their name did not appear in the first merit list can check this list to see if their name is included in it.

India Post GD second merit list has been declared for states like Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, North East, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal.

How is the selection done?
The selection of candidates in India Post GDS recruitment is done on the basis of the circle marked by them while filling the online application and their marks in the secondary school examination. Candidates whose names are given in the second merit will now be called for document verification in their circle.

How to Download India Post GDS Merit List?

Candidates who have applied for the India Post GDS recruitment process and whose roll number is not in the first merit list can check the second merit list by downloading it. Here are the steps to check the merit list:
  • Firstly visit the official website of India Post indiapostgdsonline.gov.in.
  • Click on the state you have applied for.
  • Click on Schedule-II.
  • Cntrl+F and search for your name.
  • Download PDF.
  • Take a printout of the merit list for future reference.
