Better Privacy and Control

Privacy is the main focus of this new update. However, many people worry about data leaks. To fix this, the app uses a “selective sharing” feature. This means you choose exactly what info to show. For instance, if a hotel asks for your ID, you can share just your name and photo. You can hide your Aadhaar number and home address. So, third parties cannot collect more data than they actually need.

Key Features for Families

The app is also very useful for households. Additionally, you can manage up to five different Aadhaar profiles on one single phone. This makes it a great “One Family, One App” tool. Furthermore, you can update your mobile number and home address in minutes. You no longer have to visit an Aadhaar centre for these simple changes.

  • Family Profiles: Store IDs for up to five family members.

  • Offline Verification: Use a secure QR code without needing the internet.

  • Biometric Lock: Lock your fingerprints with one tap to prevent fraud.

  • History Log: See exactly when and where your ID was used.

How to Get Started

You can download the app right now from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. To start, enter your Aadhaar number and verify it with an OTP. Then, set up a secure 6-digit PIN. Finally, use the “Secure QR Code” when you travel or visit a bank. In conclusion, this app gives you full control over your digital identity. It makes life easier and keeps your personal data much safer.
