New Traffic Challan Rules in India : Every year thousands of people lose their lives in road accidents in India. The biggest reason behind these accidents is ignoring traffic rules. People make mistakes like overspeeding, using mobile while driving, not wearing helmet or driving under the influence of alcohol. The government imposes heavy fines on these.
