Public Holiday Announced: All schools and offices will remain closed tomorrow, DM issued orders

School-Office Closed: There will be a government holiday tomorrow in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. DM Manish Verma has issued a public order regarding this. The DM has informed that a government holiday has been declared due to the Jalabhishek to be held tomorrow.

The District School Inspector has also informed the schools about the holiday. The order said that all schools and offices will remain closed tomorrow i.e. on 23 July 2025.

Schools will open on 24th July after a day’s holiday

On Mahashivratri, Kanwar pilgrims will visit different temples and offer water to Lord Shiva and perform Puja. During this time, there will be a large number of Kanwar pilgrims. Therefore, there is a possibility of huge crowd gathering at various places. Keeping in mind the security and arrangements, a holiday has been declared in the district. Now all schools and offices will open on July 24, i.e. the day after Shivratri.

Special security arrangements for Kanwar Yatra

Due to Shivaratri, lakhs of devotees will worship Bholenath and flock to temples for Jalabhishek. The administration’s goal is to ensure the safety of the devotees along with their faith.

In UP, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is keeping an eye on the Kanwar Yatra. 15 thousand policemen have been put on duty in 4 districts of Meerut range. Security is being ensured by creating 57 zones and 155 sectors in Meerut, Bulandshahr, Baghpat and Hapur.

In Meerut range, 5000 cameras are being used to monitor the security of Kanwar Yatra. Around 3500 policemen are being deployed in Ghaziabad, real time monitoring will be done through 1500 CCTV cameras. 700 traffic policemen are being deployed on all major Kanwar routes of Ghaziabad.
