Railway Passengers will be able to buy train tickets through QR code and UPI payment

Indian Railways: Indian Railways has decided to provide great relief to the passengers. Now passengers will not have to stand in long queues for tickets at the ticket window of the railway station.

Because, Moradabad Railway Division of Northern Railway (NR) has prepared to start QR code service at Bareilly, Shahjahanpur, Chandausi, Haridwar, Dehradun, Amroha, Hapur, Roorkee, Rampur, Hardoi and Najibabad stations. Railways will give passengers the option to book unreserved tickets through the UTS app through QR code.

Along with this, renewal of season tickets and platform tickets can also be taken. Passengers will be able to avail this facility from their smart phones. The ticket will be booked using the scan code from the smart phone. This facility will start being available from the first week of December. Moradabad Railway Division is starting the facility of QR code at the ticket windows of 12 stations in the first phase. After this, this facility will be started at other stations of the railway division also. Passengers will be able to buy train tickets through QR code and UPI payment.

Will not miss the train due to ticket issue

There is a long queue of passengers to get tickets at the ticket window of the railway station, due to which passengers get tickets after a long time. In the rush to get tickets, passengers also miss their trains. But, now with this decision of Indian Railways, passengers will not miss the train due to QR code.

Special train will stop at Bareilly-Moradabad

Indian Railways has announced another festival special train before Diwali. This train will run between Anand Vihar-Saharsa. There will be 20 unreserved coaches. Festival special train 04052 will run between Anand Vihar-Saharsa station on 8, 11, 14, and 17 November from Anand Vihar to Saharsa. Whereas this train will run from Saharsa to Anand Vihar on 10, 13, 16 and 19.

It will leave from Anand Vihar at 10:45 pm and reach Saharsa via Hapur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Hardoi, Lucknow, Barabanki, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Siwan, Chapra, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Barauni, Begu Sarai, Khagaria, S. Bakhtiyarpur. Similarly, on return, it will leave for Anand Vihar from Saharsa at seven in the morning.
