UP Govt: The Uttar Pradesh government has given a great news to its employees. The government has approved the proposal to increase the retirement age of the employees of the Bhasha Sansthan from 58 years to 60 years.

This decision was taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna said that the employees of the Uttar Pradesh Bhasha Sansthan under the Language Department were demanding this for a long time and the retirement age in other autonomous institutions working under this department is already 60 years. With this step of the government, the employees of the institute will get equal status as other institutions and their morale will increase.

Many important decisions were taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. A total of 30 important proposals were given the green signal. Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna informed about this decision while talking to journalists. He said that Uttar Pradesh Bhasha Sansthan, which comes under the Language Department, is an autonomous institution and its employees were demanding to increase their retirement age for a long time.

There will be an increase in equality among employees

The Finance Minister also stressed that this decision of the government is an important step towards bringing equality among employees. He said, ‘The retirement age in other autonomous institutions working under the same department is already 60 years. With this decision, the employees of the Bhasha Sansthan will also get equal status as other institutions.’

He said that all the procedural guidelines have been fully followed to implement this proposal. Finance Minister Suresh Khanna assured that all the necessary procedures have been completed, only after which the Cabinet has given its final approval.
