State employees will get increased salary from August. Actually, the Madhya Pradesh government has announced to increase the dearness allowance (DA) of the state employees.

With the increase of 4 percent in the dearness allowance to the state employees, the government will give the arrears of allowance for 6 months from January till now in 3 installments. More than 7 lakh employees of the state will get benefited. Let us tell you that by the end of this year, assembly elections are to be held in Madhya Pradesh.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said on Friday that his government, like the Centre, will give 42 per cent dearness allowance (DA) to its employees with retrospective effect from January 1. Till now the government was giving 38 per cent dearness allowance to the employees, but now with a 4 per cent increase, the total dearness allowance will be 42 per cent. This will increase the salary of the employees.

The Chief Minister said in a tweet that we have taken many revolutionary steps in the interest of the employees. Now, we have decided to give 42 per cent DA like the Center from January. Officials said that more than seven lakh government employees will be benefited by increasing the dearness allowance.

The dearness allowance hike has been implemented from January. Therefore, the outstanding dearness allowance of 6 months will be given to the employees in three instalments. The Chief Minister said that under the sixth pay scale, all employees will also see a proportionate increase in DA. The CM said that the employees who have completed 35 years of service till July 1 this year, will be given a pay scale hike for the fourth time.

The decision to increase the allowance in view of the elections

has been taken by the BJP government of Madhya Pradesh to increase the dearness allowance of the employees at a time when all the legislative elections are round the corner. In view of the elections to be held by the end of the year, the Congress has promised to give the benefits of the old pension scheme to the employees if they win the elections.

The post Salary Hike: Government increased DA by 4 percent, 6 months arrears allowance will be given in 3 installments first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.

DA Arrear: The employees have demanded from the government several times regarding this demand. In the last year and a half, three decisions were taken to increase the dearness allowance, but no decision was taken on the arrears of the employees.

If you yourself or someone in your family is an employee of the Government of India, then this news will make you happy. Good news is coming on the 18-month DA Arrear of central government employees who have been stuck for 16 months. Regarding this demand, the employees have demanded from the government several times. In the last year and a half, three decisions were taken to increase the dearness allowance, but no decision was taken on the arrears of the employees.

Meeting may start in the beginning of 2023.

Employees are expected to take a decision on this once again. This can also be discussed in the conversation with the cabinet secretary. Sources in the associate website Zee Business claim that the government can pay the arrears of 18 months in 3 installments. If payment is made on this, it will be available in three instalments. This payment can start getting in the beginning of the year 2023.

Meeting to be held on payment of arrears A meeting is to be held on payment of arrears of Dearness Allowance. During this, it can be agreed to pay the arrears of dearness allowance which has been stopped since the year 2020. In the year 2021, the government had increased DA by 11 percent in one go.

But before this, three installments of January 2020, July 2020, January 2021 have not been received during the Corona. Despite the demand of the employees, the government flatly refused to give it.

Payment in three installments is possible, once again there is hope on this. Representatives of Employees and Pensioners Union will raise this issue in the cabinet secretary’s meeting. It will be their endeavor that the government take a positive decision on this. If the government is ready to give DA arrears of 18 months, then it is possible that it should be paid in three instalments. However, the Finance Ministry had said in this matter that during that time dearness allowance was freeze. In such a situation, money is not made during this period.

The Supreme Court had asked the government to reconsider the matter. It was said on behalf of the court that this is the right of the employees. National Council of JCM (Staff Side) Shiv Gopal Mishra told that the payment of employees will be different according to different pay levels. For example, the DA arrears of employees at Level-3 is expected to be between Rs 11,880 to Rs 37,554. However, this figure can change depending on the decision of the government.

7th Pay Commission Latest News: If you are also waiting for the pending DA arrears of 18 months, then you can get great news in the month of November itself. An announcement can be made regarding the stuck DA arrears in the cabinet secretary meeting.

There is good news for central employees, if you are also waiting for 18 months pending DA arrears, then you can get great news in the month of November itself. An announcement can be made regarding the stuck DA arrears in the cabinet secretary meeting. The representatives of the employees and pensioners union will recommend the payment of dues in the meeting.

Let us tell you that consent has not yet been made by the government on this payment, but it is expected that soon an agreement can be made to give this money. Employees are to be given three installments between January 2020 and June 2021.

The money will be available in three installments, the minimum salary of central employees is Rs 18000. If you tell about its dues, then (Rs 4320 + 3240 + 4320) you will get Rs 11,880. It is believed that the first installment for January to July 2020 will be Rs 4320. The arrears between July and December 2020 will be Rs 3,240 and between January and July 2021 will be Rs 4,320.

Recently the DA has increased

Recently, the Central Government has increased the DA of the employees. The government has increased dearness allowance by 4 percent, after which the employees are getting DA at the rate of 38 percent. Apart from this, in January 2023, the DA of the employees will be increased again.

It is happening for one and a half years, the employees had also appealed in the court regarding the demand for DA arrears. On this, the Supreme Court had asked the government to consider saying that this is the right of the employees, it can be frozen but cannot be stopped. The employees have been demanding this for the last one and a half years.

DA Arrears latest news: Dearness allowance of central employees has increased in September. After 4% DA Hike, now the employees hope that their previous demand will also be heard.

A decision can also be taken on the arrears of dearness allowance for 18 months. From employees to pensioners are also waiting for this. The month of November can prove to be good for central employees. Negotiations are to be held on 18 months dues at the end of this month. The time has been fixed for the meeting with the cabinet secretary.

The representatives of the Employees and Pensioners Union will request the Secretary to clear the dues in this meeting. However, it is not yet final whether the government will agree to its payment or not. Because, once before the government has denied it.

If sources are to be believed, after all-round pressure from the pensioners and employees union, the cabinet secretary has given time to talk on this issue.

11 percent of the three installment money is outstanding

The three installment dues (DA Arrears) of central employees between January 2020 and June 2021 have not been received. This is 11 per cent. After the opening of the lockdown due to the epidemic corona, the government lifted the ban on freeze DA.

But, after July 2021, the increased dearness allowance was paid. But, no money was received for the period of 18 months. In this case, the government got rid of it by saying only that dearness allowance was freeze, money for this period would not be made. The hike in DA has come into effect from July 2021. It is being paid for.

The Supreme Court had also accepted that these employees are entitled.

There is a constant demand of central employees that this is their right, its money should not be stopped. The employees had also appealed in the court regarding the demand for arrears allowance. On this, the Supreme Court had asked the government to consider saying that this is the right of the employees, it can be frozen but cannot be stopped. Pensioners also appealed to PM Modi regarding their DR arrears.

Now efforts are being made to negotiate with the government regarding the one and a half year arrears (18 Months DA Arrear). If central employees get DA dues, then a huge amount will come in their account. As a rough estimate, National Council of JCM (Staff Side) Shiv Gopal Mishra said that the payment of employees will be different at different pay levels.

But the DA arrears of employees at Level-3 can range between Rs 11,880 to Rs 37,554. Whereas, for Level-13 (Basic pay scale Rs 1,23,100 to Rs 2,15,900) or Level-14, the employee’s arrears can range between Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200. However, there can also be a negotiated settlement with the government. Then this figure may change.

4320+3240+4320=11880 will be available for three installments

If the minimum salary according to the pay matrix of central employees is Rs 18000, he will get Rs 11,880 (Rs 4320+3240+4320) as arrears. In this, according to the level-1 basic pay scale range 18000 to 56900, the central employee (Kendriye Karmchari) with minimum grade pay will be Rs 4320 for the first installment from January to July 2020.

At the same time, DA arrears from July to December 2020 will be Rs 3,240. At the same time, if we calculate the DA arrears between January and July 2021, it will be Rs 4,320.
