<p>Vigilance has been increased across the country after the attacks by Pakistan from across the border. Schools have been closed in some cities of Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana. Leave of government employees has been cancelled. Know here what has been closed where.</p>
<p>What is closed and what is open – in which states will banks remain open?</p>
<h3><strong>1. Punjab</strong></h3>
<p>The state government has ordered the closure of all schools, colleges and universities for three days. The leaves of policemen in border areas Pathankot, Ferozepur, Fazilka, Amritsar, Gurdaspur and Tarn Taran have been cancelled.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Delhi</strong></h3>
<p>Leave of all government employees has been cancelled. Security drills have been started at many places. Airport operations in the capital are normal, but security has been beefed up.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Rajasthan</strong></h3>
<p>Schools are closed in five districts of western Rajasthan. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has given instructions to cancel the leave of government employees with immediate effect.</p>
<h3><strong>4. Haryana</strong></h3>
<p>Schools are closed in Panchkula district. Leave of health department and police officials has also been cancelled.</p>
<h3><strong>5. West Bengal</strong></h3>
<p>Private schools in Kolkata and other parts have announced summer vacations from May 9. Banks are closed in the state today on account of Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti.</p>
<h3><strong>6. Jammu and Kashmir</strong></h3>
<p>State Education Minister Sakina Ittoo said all schools, colleges and universities will remain closed on Friday and Saturday.</p>
<h3><strong>7. Indian Aviation Ministry</strong></h3>
<p>24 airports in India have been temporarily closed. Delhi airport is operational, although some flights have been affected due to airspace changes and security reasons.</p>
<h3><strong>8. Banking Service – Will banks open in all states?</strong></h3>
<p>Apart from the routine set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), no special announcement has been made regarding the closure of banks today. Today, except West Bengal, banks will remain open in all other states of the country.</p>
<h3><strong>India&#8217;s big step on the border: Strong response after Operation Sindoor</strong></h3>
<p>India has given a strong response to the ceasefire violations and attacks by Pakistan on the LOC on Thursday. According to the Defense Ministry, India responded with the same level and intensity as Pakistan did. Security agencies across the country are on high alert and common citizens have been appealed not to pay attention to rumors. <p>Even though today almost every type of banking service is available online and digitally, but still it becomes necessary to go to the bank for many works. In such a situation, it is very important for us to be updated with the banking holidays. So that we can avoid the hassle of going to the bank.</p>
<p><strong>How many days bank will remain closed in May</strong></p>
<p>The bank will remain closed for a total of 12 days on different occasions in May. This includes every Sunday as well as the holiday on every second and fourth Saturday. In the month of May, there will be no work in banks on Maharashtra Day, Buddha Purnima, Maharana Pratap Jayanti and many such occasions. This holiday will be on different days in different zones. Let us have a look at the list of bank holidays.</p>
<p><strong>The bank will remain closed on these occasions in May</strong></p>
<p>The first banking holiday will be on May 1 only. Bank holidays will be observed in Belapur, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, Panaji, Patna and Trivandrum on May 1 on the occasion of Maharashtra Day and Labor Day.</p>
<p>After this the next holiday will be on 5th May. Banks in Agartala, Aizawl, Belapur, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla and Srinagar will not be closed on May 5 on the occasion of Buddha Purnima. . After this, on the occasion of Sunday, May 7, banks will remain closed in the whole country.</p>
<p><strong>Banks will remain closed even on these days</strong></p>
<p>After this, on May 9, on the occasion of Rabindranath Tagore&#8217;s birth anniversary, the banks of Kolkata zone will remain closed. Banks will remain closed across the country due to the second Saturday on 13th May. After this, banks will remain closed in the entire country on Sunday, May 14. Banks in Sikkim will remain closed on May 16 on account of Statehood Day. Due to Sunday on May 21, there will be a holiday in banks.</p>
<p>Banks in Shimla zone will remain closed on May 22 on account of the birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap. After this, on May 24, the banks of Tripura zone will remain closed on the occasion of Kazi Nazrul Islam Jayanti. May 27 is the fourth Saturday due to which banks will be closed across the country. After this, banks will remain closed in the whole country on Sunday, May 28.</p>

<p>To withdraw money and to use this facility, you must first register for SBI Doorstep service. First of all you have to download the Doorstep Banking app. Now enter the mobile number and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile. After this the customer has to enter his name, email, password (PIN) and accept the term-condition. After registration, SMS will be sent from DSB app. Now the customer can log in to the app with the PIN and other details. Here you also enter your address.</p>
<p><strong><span>How to withdraw money from SBI Doorstep Banking</span></strong></p>

<li><span>After validation, OTP will be sent to the mobile of the customers.</span></li>

<li><span>Now select the service of withdrawing money from the customer account and enter the transaction amount and enter the transaction mode. </span></li>
