State Bank of India (SBI) gives customers the facility of using doorstep service. The bank has made three transactions free for disabled persons in a month. However, if they use this facility more than three times in a month, they will have to pay Rs 75 and GST for financial and non-financial services.
SBI Doorstep Service Registration
To withdraw money and to use this facility, you must first register for SBI Doorstep service. First of all you have to download the Doorstep Banking app. Now enter the mobile number and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile. After this the customer has to enter his name, email, password (PIN) and accept the term-condition. After registration, SMS will be sent from DSB app. Now the customer can log in to the app with the PIN and other details. Here you also enter your address.
How to withdraw money from SBI Doorstep Banking
- After logging in to the DSB app, make a request to withdraw money and select SBI.
- Now enter the last six digits of the customer account number and submit.
- After validation, OTP will be sent to the mobile of the customers.
- After this enter OTP in DSB mobile app and submit it. After confirmation your details will open.
- Now select the service of withdrawing money from the customer account and enter the transaction amount and enter the transaction mode.
- After this the charge will be deducted from the customer’s account. Then enter the request number.
- Notification will be sent to the customer through SMS.
- The agent will give the money after verifying after reaching the customer’s home.
