<h3><strong>Bank of Baroda is offering 7.25% interest</strong></h3>
<p>State Bank of India is giving 6.80 percent interest to its general customers and 7.30 percent interest to senior citizen customers on 1 year FD. Whereas, Bank of Baroda is giving 6.75 percent interest to its general customers and 7.25 percent interest to senior citizen customers on 1 year FD. Apart from this, Central Bank of India is giving 6.75 percent interest to its general customers and 7.25 percent interest to senior citizen customers on 1 year FD.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h4><strong>Amidst the constant stability of the repo rate, five major banks have increased the interest rates on fixed deposits (FD). These include Axis Bank, ICICI, Punjab and Sind, Ujjivan Small Finance and Bank of India. The new rates of all these have come into effect from July 1.</strong></h4>
<p>Private sector Axis Bank will now give 7.20 percent interest to its customers on deposits of Rs 3 crore for a period of 17-18 months. For senior citizens, this rate is 7.75 percent. 7.10 percent interest will be given on FDs of two years duration. The bank is giving interest between 3 to 7.2 percent on FDs to general citizens. For senior citizens, this rate is between 3.50 percent to 7.75 percent.</p>
<p>From July 1, the bank is paying its customers interest ranging from 3.75 to 6.50 percent on FDs up to Rs 3 crore. For senior citizens, the interest rate is the highest at 8.75 percent, which is 0.50% higher.</p>
<p>According to the bank&#8217;s website, it has also implemented changes in the interest rates on FDs from July 1. Under this, the bank will give its customers up to 7.20 percent interest for a period of 15 months to two years on deposits of less than Rs 3 crore. It is giving 6.7 percent interest on deposits of one year duration. The lowest rate of interest is 3.50 percent. The bank will give up to 7.75 percent interest to senior citizens.</p>
<h4><strong>Bank of India is giving interest up to 7.80 percent.</strong></h4>
<p>The new rates of Bank of India are applicable from June 30. It is giving up to 7.80 percent interest to senior citizens on deposits for a period of 666 days. General citizens are getting 7.3 percent interest. Meanwhile, Punjab &amp; Sind Bank said that its revised interest rates are also applicable from July 1. It is giving 7.80 percent interest to its customers, senior citizens on deposits of 666 days. It is giving interest ranging from 2.80 to 6.65 percent to general citizens.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>SBI FD Rate Hike</strong>: State Bank of India (SBI) offers different fixed deposit (FD) interest rates depending on the tenure of the deposit. Senior citizens get an additional 50 basis points (BPS) on their fixed deposits with State Bank of India (SBI).</p>
<p><strong>SBI FD Rate Hike:</strong> State Bank of India (SBI) has increased its fixed deposit interest rates on retail deposits (up to ₹2 crore) for some period. According to the bank&#8217;s website, the new FD rates are effective from today, May 15, 2024. SBI has increased interest rates by 25-75 basis points (bps) on tenures of 46 to 179 days, 180 to 210 days and 211 to less than one year. The public sector bank last increased the interest rates on FD on December 27, 2023.</p>
<p><strong>SBI hikes FD rates: New rates will be applicable from today</strong><br />
State Bank of India (SBI) offers different fixed deposit (FD) interest rates depending on the tenure of the deposit. The interest rate for short term deposits ranging from 7 days to 45 days is 3.50%.</p>
<p>For deposits between 46 days to 179 days the rate increases to 5.50%. The interest rate for 180 days to 210 days is 6.00%. Interest rate of 6.25% is available on deposits kept for a period of 211 days to less than one year.</p>
<p>For tenure from 1 year to less than two years, the interest rate is as high as 6.80%. This rate reaches its highest at 7.00% on deposits of 2 years to less than 3 years.</p>
<p>For tenures from 3 years to less than five years, the interest rate reduces slightly to 6.75%. Finally, for long term deposits ranging from five years to 10 years, the interest rate is 6.50%.</p>

<p><strong>Separate rates for senior citizens</strong><br />
Senior citizens get an additional 50 basis points (BPS) on their fixed deposits with State Bank of India (SBI). After the recent rate hike, SBI offers interest rates ranging from 4% to 7.5% for senior citizens for deposit tenures between seven days to ten years. Specifically, the rates are 4% for deposits of 7 days to 45 days, 6.00% for 46 days to 179 days and 6.5% for deposits of 180 days to 210 days.</p>
<p>The rate of 6.75% is available on deposits kept for a period of 211 days to less than one year. For tenures of 1 year to less than two years, the rate is 7.30%, while deposits of 2 years to less than three years offer the highest rate of 7.50%. The interest rate for deposits from 3 years to less than five years is 7.25%, and for longer term deposits from 5 years to 10 years the rate is also 7.50%.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>FD Interest Rates: DCB Bank, one of the private sector banks of the country, had revised the interest rates on FDs of less than Rs 2 crore in the beginning of September.</strong></p>
<p>The new interest rates of the bank have come into effect from September 1, 2023. The bank is offering 3.75 percent to 7.75 percent interest to general customers and 4.25 percent to 8.50 percent interest to senior citizens on Fixed Deposit for a period of 7 days to 120 months. DCB Bank is giving maximum interest of 8.50 percent to senior citizens.</p>
<p>The bank is now offering a maximum interest rate of 7.75 percent to general customers and 8.50 percent to senior citizens on FDs with tenure of 25 months and 37 months. The bank is giving 50 basis points i.e. 0.50 percent extra interest to senior citizens as compared to regular customers.</p>
<p><strong>DCB Bank is giving this much interest on FD</strong></p>
<p>The bank is now offering 3.75 percent interest on FDs with a period of 7 days to 45 days.</p>
<p>The bank is now offering 4.00 percent interest on FDs with a period of 46 days to 90 days.</p>
<p>The bank is now offering 4.75 percent interest on FDs with a tenure of less than 91 days to six months.</p>
<p>The bank is now offering 6.25 percent interest on FDs with a period of 6 months to 10 months.</p>
<p>The bank is now offering 6.90 percent interest on FDs with a period of 10 months to 12 months.</p>

<p>After the latest changes, now this private sector bank is offering its customers an interest rate of 8 per cent on FDs to general customers and 8.50 per cent to customers falling in the category of senior citizens. This bank is now offering an interest rate of 3.75% on FDs maturing in 7 days to 45 days.</p>
<p><strong>What is the interest rate on different periods</strong></p>
<p>DCB Bank is offering an interest rate of 4.00% on tenors between 46 days to 90 days. At the same time, this bank is offering an interest rate of 4.75% on FDs maturing in 91 days to less than 6 months and 6.25% on FDs maturing in less than 6 months to 12 months. At the same time, this bank is offering an interest rate of 7.25% on FDs with maturity between 12 and 15 months. While the bank is offering an interest of 7.75 per cent on deposits of less than 18 months to 700 days.</p>
<p><strong>More than 8 percent interest is being received on this period</strong></p>
<p>DCB Bank is offering an interest rate of 8% for tenures between 700 days to 36 months. At the same time, for a period of more than 36 months to less than 120 months, this bank offers an interest rate of 7.75 percent. At the same time, this bank is offering higher interest rate to the customers falling in the category of senior citizens as compared to the common citizens.</p>

The bank has increased FD rates of different tenures by 5 basis points (BPS). According to the bank&#8217;s website, the new rates have come into effect from April 21, 2023. Explain that to invest in Axis Bank&#8217;s online FD, you have to deposit at least Rs 5000.</p>
<p>Axis Bank is offering interest ranging from 3.50 per cent to 7 per cent on fixed deposits ranging from 7 days to 10 years. The bank is offering the highest interest rate of 7.20 per cent on FDs maturing in 2 years to 30 months, while senior citizens will get interest at the rate of 7.95 per cent on FDs of this period.</p>
<p><strong>Axis Bank&#8217;s new FD rates</strong></p>
<p>will continue to offer an interest rate of 3.50 per cent on FDs maturing in 7 days to 45 days. The bank will pay 4% interest on deposits maturing in 46 days to 60 days. An interest rate of 4.50 per cent will be offered on deposits maturing in 61 days to 3 months. Now 4.75 percent interest rate will be given on deposits maturing in 3 months to 6 months. Axis Bank will offer 5.75 percent interest rate on deposits maturing in 6 months to 9 months. 6% interest rate will be available on deposits maturing in 9 months to 1 year.</p>
<p><strong>The pace of increase in the repo rate has stopped after 6 consecutive shocks.</strong></p>
<p>Recently, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has given great relief to the common man. Actually, in the first MPC meeting of the new financial year, it has been announced to keep the repo rate stable. The repo rate has been retained at 6.50 per cent. Earlier, RBI had increased the repo rate by 2.50 percent from May 2022 to February 2023.</p>

<p><strong>Rates on FD in Equitas Small Finance Bank</strong></p>
<p>After increasing interest rates on fixed deposits, this small finance bank will have an interest rate of 8.20 per cent for a period of 888 days for an investment of less than two crore rupees. Apart from this, interest will be given at the rate of 7.75 percent on FDs with a tenure of 2 years, 1 day to 887 days. At the same time, here the interest rate on fixed deposits ranging from 1 year to 18 months has been 7.70 percent. At the same time, the bank will pay interest at the rate of 7.50 percent on FDs ranging from 18 months, 1 day to 2 years.</p>
<p><strong>Rates on FD in Suryoday Small Finance Bank</strong></p>
<p>Suryoday Small Finance Bank (SSFB) has increased interest rates on fixed deposits by 75 basis points to 125 basis points. The bank has also changed the interest rates on savings account by up to 200 basis points.</p>
<p>After this change, the bank will get interest between 4.00 per cent to 8.51 per cent for general category and 4.50 per cent to 8.76 per cent for senior citizens. General customers can now get an interest rate of 8.51 per cent by depositing money for 999 days. At the same time, senior citizens can get interest at the rate of 8.76 percent. Customers of savings account in the bank also get an interest rate of up to 7 percent.</p>
<p>Let us tell you that amidst the volatility in the stock markets, everything is looking good for the Fixed Deposit investors as almost all the banks are offering interest giving inflation beating returns. As the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has increased the repo rate for six consecutive times and banks have increased the interest rates on FDs throughout the investment period. <p><strong>Will get maximum interest of 8.71%</strong></p>
<p>After this increase in interest rates, Fin care Small Finance Bank is giving 8.11% interest to its general customers on FD of 750 days .At the same time, this small finance bank is giving 8.71% interest to its senior citizen customers for the same period. According to the information received from the official website of Fin care Small Finance Bank, the increased new interest rates are applicable from 13 February.</p>
<p><strong>Increased new FD rates of Small Finance Bank</strong></p>
<p>After this increase in the interest rate, this small finance bank is giving its customers 3% on FDs of 7 days to 45 days, 3.50% on FDs of 46 days to 90 days, 91 days to 180 days 4.50% on FD, 5.50% on FD of 181 days to 364 days, 7.25% on FD of 12 months to 15 months and 7.30% on FD of 15 months 1 day to 499 days. The same will give interest of 7.50% to its customers on FD of 500 days, 7.30% on FD of 501 days to 18 months and 7.30% on FD of 18 months to 24 months.</p>
<p>Here you will get 8.11% interest, on the other hand, this small finance bank offers its customers 7.50% on FDs of 24 months to 749 days, maximum 8.11% on FDs of 750 days, 7.50% on FDs of 751 days to 999 days and 1000 days. But will give interest of 8%.Apart from this, the bank offers 7% on FDs of 1001 days to 48 months, 6.75% on FDs of 48 months 1 day to 59 months, 7% on FDs of 59 months 1 day to 66 months and 66 months 1 day to 84 months. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>State Bank of India (SBI), the largest public sector bank, has increased its interest rates by 10-20 basis points on fixed deposits i.e. deposits of less than Rs 2 crore.</strong></p>
<p>These revised rates have come into effect from October 15. Senior citizens have benefited the most from this increase in FD rate. However, there is a certain category of elderly who get an additional 1% interest on the applicable FD rates. These special categories of senior citizens can earn interest up to 7.65% which will also help in beating inflation.</p>
<p><strong>interest for senior citizens</strong></p>
<p>SBI was earlier offering 6.45% interest for senior citizens. Now paying maximum interest of 6.65% on FDs between 5 years to 10 years, applicable from October 15. The bank is offering an interest of 6.3% on FDs of 3 years to less than 5 years, which was 6.10 percent earlier. The bank is giving interest rate of 6.15% on FDs of 2 years to less than 3 years which was 6 percent earlier.</p>
<p><strong>This special offer of SBI</strong></p>
<p>SBI on its website has said that the interest rate payable to SBI staff and SBI pensioners will be 1% more than the applicable rate. An elderly can get 5.20% and up to 5.15% interest on FDs ranging from 211 days to less than 1 year. At the same time, interest of up to 5.20% and 5.15% is available on FDs of 180 days to 210 days. For short tenure FDs from 46 days to 179 days the interest has gone up to 4.5% as compared to 4.40%.</p>
<p><strong>will get maximum interest</strong></p>
<p>SBI is offering a maximum interest of 7.65 percent to senior citizens. He is giving 6.65 percent interest on FDs ranging from 5 to 10 years. Also, if you are an employee of the bank i.e. a pensioner, then an additional 1% interest will be available.</p>
<p><strong>Interest on these FDs also increased</strong></p>
<p>SBI has increased the interest rate on deposits maturing in 1 year by 15 bps or 0.15 percent. The bank has increased the interest rate on deposits maturing in 2 years by 15 bps from 5.50% to 5.65%. The bank has reduced the rate on deposits maturing in 3 years from 5.60% to 5.80%. In this, 0.20 percent interest has been increased directly. Deposits maturing in 5 years have been reduced from 5.65% to 5.85%. In this also 0.20 percent interest has been increased.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>HDFC Bank has again increased the rate of fixed deposits. After the increase in the repo rate, HDFC Bank increased the rate of FD on Thursday. The FD rate has been increased by 40 basis points. Two months back also, HDFC Bank had increased the FD rate.</p>
<p>The new rates have come into effect from August 18, 2022. However, the rates have been increased only for FDs of less than Rs 2 crore. The Reserve Bank had recently increased the repo rate. After that there is an increase in the FD rate of banks. Earlier, State Bank has also increased the FD rate. Along with this, a new FD scheme has been started on the 75th anniversary of independence.</p>
<p>According to HDFC Bank, 5.50 percent interest will be available on FDs with a tenor of one year to two years. Earlier, 5.35 percent interest was available on FDs of the same period. In this way, the FD rate maturing in one to two years has been increased by 15 basis points.</p>
<p>FDs maturing in two years one day to three years will also get 5.50 percent interest. FDs maturing in three years from one day to five years will get 6.10 percent interest. Earlier, 5.70 percent interest was available on this FD. In this way, up to 40 basis points have been increased.</p>

<p>2.75 percent interest is being given on FDs of 7 to 14 days and 3.25 percent interest is being given to senior citizens. 2.75 percent interest is being given on FD of 15 to 29 days and 3.25 percent interest is being given to senior citizens. On FDs of 30 to 45 days, 3.25 percent interest is being given to common people and 3.75 percent to senior citizens. Similarly, 3.25 percent interest is being given on 46 to 60 days and 3.75 percent for senior citizens, 3.25 percent for 61 to 89 days and 3.75 percent for senior citizens.</p>
<p><strong>Hdfc Bank Interest Rate</strong></p>
<p>Interest is being given on FDs of 90 days to 6 months, 3.75 percent and 4.25% for senior citizens, 4.65 percent on FDs of 6 months 1 day to 9 months and 4.25% for senior citizens. 4.65 per cent on FDs of 9 months 1 day to 1 year and 5.15 per cent to senior citizens, 5.50 per cent to 1 year FDs and 6% to senior citizens, 5.50 per cent on FDs of 1 year one day to 2 years and 6% to senior citizens , 5.50 percent on FDs of 2 years one day to 3 years and 6% for senior citizens, 6.10 percent on FDs of 3 years one day to 5 years and 6.60 percent for senior citizens and 5.75 on FDs of 5 years one day to 10 years 6.50 percent interest is being given to percent and senior citizens.</p>
<p><strong>FD hike after repo rate hike</strong></p>
<p>On 8 August 2022, the Reserve Bank of India increased the repo rate by 50 basis points. This was the third time that the RBI had increased the repo rate after May 2022. In this way, the Reserve Bank has increased the repo rate by 140 basis points so far. After this increase, banks have started increasing the FD rate.
