Namo Bharat Metro: A 72.4 km long elevated track of Namo Bharat train will be built for Ghaziabad to Jewar Airport route, which will have 22 stations. This project will be completed by 2031, in which both Namo Bharat and Metro trains will run.

It is estimated that Rs 20,000 crore will be spent and 3.09 lakh passengers will travel in it.

Now it is going to be easier for the people of Ghaziabad and Greater Noida to reach the Noida International Airport being built in Jewar. Namo Bharat Train was first started in Ghaziabad. After this, this service reached Meerut and now Namo Bharat Metro has started running till Delhi as well. Now there is a plan to take this rapid train to Jewar Airport. Under this, an elevated track will be built from Ghaziabad to the airport via Greater Noida West, Sector Alpha-1 and Kasna.

New corridor of Namo Bharat Train

The first corridor of Namo Bharat Train has been started from Sahibabad to New Ashok Nagar, and now this project will be extended till Jewar Airport. An elevated track will be built from Siddharth Nagar in Ghaziabad to Greater Noida West, Sector Alpha-1 and Kasna. Work on this project will start as soon as approval is received from the central government.

Plan for new station and track

This 72.4 kilometer long elevated track will pass through 22 stations, including 11 Namo Bharat and 11 Metro stations. In future, the number of these stations can go up to 35. Both Namo Bharat and Metro trains will run on this track with six coaches each. The target of this project is to complete it by 2031, the estimated cost of which is Rs 20,000 crore.

Namo Bharat and Metro will be connected

Under this project, the Aqua Metro line will also be connected to the Namo Bharat train. The Aqua line will be extended from Sector-51 of Noida to Knowledge Park-5. This will make it easier to reach Knowledge Park-5 of Greater Noida from the Namo Bharat train track connected to the Noida International Airport.

Work will be done in first and second phase

In the first phase, a 39.39 km long track will be built, which will connect Ecotech-6 in Ghaziabad and Greater Noida West. In the second phase, a 32.90 km long track will be built to connect Ecotech-6 to the airport. However, now it has been decided to build both these phases together, so that the project can be completed on time.

If you are dreaming of settling in NCR, then now is the time to turn this dream into reality. Now you can buy a house near Jewar Airport. After DDA, now Yamuna Authority has also launched a housing scheme to provide cheap flats to common people.

The special thing about this scheme is that this scheme has been taken out on the basis of “first come first serve”. The one who applies first in the scheme will be allotted a flat. 462 flats built in a 16-storey building will be allotted in Sector 22-D of Yamuna City. All these flats are in BeachHK. Their size is 1074 square feet. The specialty of the scheme is that the allottees will get the opportunity to pay the cost of the flat in installments instead of lump sum payment.

The price of these two BHK flats (2 BHK) to be allotted by the Yamuna Authority has been kept at 42.34 lakhs. The special thing is that for the flats built on the first to the sixth floor, a higher price will have to be paid. First and second floor will have to pay an additional Rs 100 per square feet. Similarly, Rs 75 per square feet for the third and fourth floors and Rs 50 more per square feet for the fifth and sixth floors will have to be paid.

There will be all kinds of facilities.

This flat is fully built and ready. All kinds of facilities including car parking, playground, park will be available to the people living in these flats. In this scheme of 16 floor flats, 17.5 percent reservation has been kept for the farmers whose land has been acquired, 21 percent reservation for Scheduled Castes, 2 percent reservation for Scheduled Tribes and 3 percent reservation for Divyangjan. .

Demand for property increased after Jewar Airport After

Jewar International Airport, the demand for residential property in Yamuna Authority area has increased considerably. Infrastructure is being built rapidly in the area under the authority of the authority. Business activities are also increasing. Many projects are going on to connect Jewar Airport with other nearby areas including NCR. Due to this both demand and price have increased in the Jewar real estate sector.

The post Housing scheme: Opportunity to buy house near Jewar Airport, government housing scheme launched, check rate, area and other details first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.

Mono Rail: Earlier there was a plan to connect Noida airport to New Delhi station through metro corridor, but the cost of this project was very high, so considering other options, the government has considered monorail as a better option. However, the final decision on this will be taken after the feasibility report is received.

There is a plan to run mono rail from Jewar Airport to Pari Chowk in Noida. With this, it will take less time to reach Noida International Airport from Pari Chowk. Although, earlier there was a plan to connect it with the metro corridor, but due to high cost, the Uttar Pradesh government decided to run mono rail considering other options.

The feasibility report of the mono rail project will be made by a Swiss company and will be ready within 2 months. The distance from Jewar Airport to Greater Noida is about 32 kms. As per the current plan, the mono rail will be run along the Yamuna Expressway and land is already available for it. On Wednesday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary DS Mishra gave this information during a meeting in Lucknow.

After the final decision Feasibility Report came,

Yamuna Expressway Authority CEO Arun Veer Singh said, “Since the metro corridor project is very expensive, the UP government is looking for other options and mono rail is a good option among them. However, the final decision on this will be taken after the feasibility report is received.

Since earlier there was a plan to connect Noida airport to New Delhi station through metro corridor, but the cost of this project was very high, so it had to be considered. According to the news of TOE, the budget for running mono rail per kilometer is 70 crores, 250 crores for rapidx line and 350 crores per kilometer for metro project, so mono rail is the cheaper option.

Features of mono rail

Actually mono rail is such a train, which does not run on the railway line, rather it is run with the help of beam. The special thing is that its route is elevated, so there is no possibility of accident. At the same time, the passengers sitting inside the mono rail do not hear the outside noise. It is a completely pollution free train. At present, the route for the Mono Rail Project and RapidX has not been prepared.

However, 82 km rapid rail is being prepared between Delhi and Meerut and out of this, 17 km route of corridor between Sahibabad and Duhai in Ghaziabad will start soon.

The date of commissioning of the country’s largest airport i.e. Noida International Airport has been revealed. Arun Veer Singh, CEO of Noida International Airport Limited, has given this information recently.

It will start next year in 2024, but if you are thinking that it will start before the general elections, then you will be a little disappointed. However, the date of opening of this airport has come to the fore. The special thing is that about 50 lakh passengers are expected to fly at this airport on the very first day.

Governments often try to complete or inaugurate big projects before elections. Recently a section of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway was inaugurated in Dausa, Rajasthan. Assembly elections are to be held in Rajasthan by the end of this year.

Airport will be operational on this date

Arun Vir Singh, CEO of Noida International Airport Limited (NIAL), said in an interview to a news website that the work of the first phase of Noida Airport will be completed by 30 September 2023. According to the capacity of the rest of the passengers and cargo, the work of its other phases will continue

He told that the trial is expected to start at Noida airport by March 2024. While regular commercial and cargo flights can start from July 2024. At the same time, the first passenger flight is expected to fly from here from 1 October 2024.

The construction of Jewar Airport started in June 2021. Tata Projects is developing it in association with Zurich International Airport AG . Its construction is to be completed in 1,095 days.

3 crore passengers will fly in 5 years

Arun Veer Singh said that with the commissioning of Noida Airport, domestic and international flights will start flying simultaneously from here. Without affecting Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, 50 lakh passengers are likely to fly from here on the first day.

He said that the airport is likely to grow at a rate of 15 to 20 percent every year. In such a situation, in the next 5 years, the number of passengers flying from here can reach up to 30 million. Whereas in the next 5 years it can increase to 5 crores.

The airport will become Asia’s biggest transit hub

Noida International Airport is being developed as a transit hub like the airports of Japan, Australia and Singapore. It will allow passengers traveling between countries in the Asia-Pacific region to change flights. Zurich International Airport is in talks with Tata Group, Indigo, SpiceJet and other airlines for this.

He told that once the project is completed, there will be 5 runways here. Along with this, there will also be maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities. In this way its total capacity is expected to be 225 million passengers. This thing will make it the largest airport in Asia.
