7th Pay Commission News: The results of assembly elections have been released in 5 states of the country. In this election, BJP has got a resounding victory in 3 big states – Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.

With this success of BJP, not only the stock market is excited but the expectations of the central employees have also increased. It is believed that dearness allowance i.e. DA can be increased by 5 percent for the first half of the year starting from January 2024. If this happens, the DA of central employees will cross the 50 percent mark. This will also increase the HRA i.e. House Rent Allowance (HRA) of central employees.

Why expect a 5 percent increase?

According to the data of AICPI index till the month of October, the index is at 138.4 points. There is a rise of 0.9 points in the index as compared to a month ago. Although the data for the months of November and December is awaited, but looking at the pattern so far, it is estimated that the biggest increase till date in dearness allowance from January to June 2024 can be seen.

Let us tell you that the score of dearness allowance is decided by the AICPI index. The data of different sectors in the index shows how much inflation is and in comparison to this, how much the allowance of central employees needs to be increased.

Hope also because of elections

Experts believe that there are many favorable circumstances in the first half of the year 2024 due to which a 5 percent allowance increase can be expected. In fact, Lok Sabha elections are also going to be held in the first half. Keeping this election in mind, the government can increase the allowance of central employees by 5 percent.

Let us tell you that the number of central employees is more than 50 lakh, while the number of pensioners is also around 64 lakh. This means that the government’s decision of 5 percent increase will affect more than 1 crore people. This is also a strong figure from the election point of view.

The post 7th Pay Commission: DA of central employees will increase by 5% on New Year ? see calculator first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.

Assembly elections are going to be held in Madhya Pradesh on 17th November. Before the voting of assembly elections, the Election Commission has not given permission to give dearness allowance to government employees.

Now the employees are expected to get relief in this matter only after the formation of the new government. In fact, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan had written a letter to the Election Commission regarding giving four pieces of dearness allowance to the employees on the day of Dhanteras and had requested that permission should be given to give dearness allowance to the employees of the state.

State Secretary of Third Class Employees Union, Umashankar Tiwari said that the employees and retired employees are disappointed with the Election Commission not allowing 4% dearness allowance to 7.50 lakh employees of the state and dearness relief to 4.50 lakh retired employees.

He said that during the Kamal Nath government in March 2020, the formation of a new government was banned due to the Finance Department’s order to give 12% to 17%. It was only the employees who suffered the loss. He said that now if the new government does not accept this proposal then the working class will be deprived of benefits worth Rs 500 crore.

The post DA Hike!

The work on the country’s longest expressway, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, is going on in full swing. This expressway from New Delhi to Dausa in Rajasthan was already opened for traffic. Now traffic has started in parts of Madhya Pradesh also.

The expressway will pass through five states – Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra. 245 km portion of this 1,386 km long expressway also falls in Madhya Pradesh. Now vehicles have started running on this stretch also. Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is passing through 3 districts of Madhya Pradesh which include Jhabua, Ratlam and Mandsaur.

The opening of the expressway in Madhya Pradesh will provide a lot of convenience to the drivers. You can drive a car at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour on this 8-lane expressway. But, it is important to know here that entry of 5 types of vehicles is prohibited on the expressway. It is prohibited to take tractors, bikes, straw laden vehicles, harvesters and autos on the expressway.

How much toll will have to be paid?

Toll collection has not yet started on the Madhya Pradesh section of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. NHAI officials say that the toll rate in the expressway will be based on cost. In the section where there are more bridges, culverts and interchanges, more toll will have to be paid. The toll rate for small vehicles like car-jeep is being estimated to be Rs 2 to 2.5 per kilometer. At the same time, for big passenger vehicles like buses and trucks, toll can be collected at the rate of Rs 7 per kilometer.

As soon as the vehicles enter the interchange point, the scanner will scan the fastag of the vehicle and send it to all the next points and as soon as the vehicles reach the toll point for exit, toll tax will be automatically collected according to the distance traveled by the vehicle. Fastag will be deducted from the account.

Go only after filling the tank.

The official start of Delhi-Mumbai 8 lane expressway being constructed under Bharatmala project has started in Madhya Pradesh from 20th September, but all the facilities on the expressway have not been developed yet. If you are thinking of speeding on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, then keep food items in your car and also fill the car with sufficient fuel. This is because neither hotels nor petrol pumps have been built on the expressway.

When will the expressway be completed?

The foundation stone of Delhi-Mumbai Express was laid in the year 2019. This 8-lane expressway is being built with modern technology. Netting is being installed on both sides of this expressway, so that no animals etc. can come on the road. You will not feel the shock even if you drive at high speed on a road made with German technology. Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is expected to be ready by December 2024 (Delhi-Mumbai Expressway completion date).

The post Delhi-Mumbai Expressway starts in MP, know speed limit and toll tax first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.

All the officers and employees of Madhya Pradesh will now be given salary on the first day of the month under any circumstances. In view of the complaints of delayed salary, the Chief Revenue Commissioner has asked all the Divisional Commissioners and Collectors to direct the Drawing-Disbursement Officers (DDOs) that there should not be any delay in disbursement of salaries to the employees.

There are 15 lakh employees in the state including regular, contractual, permanent employees and all other cadres. Complaints were coming especially from the districts that salaries are being given on the 5th to the 10th. In the election year, the government took this complaint seriously and gave instructions to the divisional commissioners and collectors.

Guest teachers will be posted in CM Rise schools as well-

There is shortage of teachers in CM Rise schools of the state. This is the reason why guest teachers will be appointed in these schools also. The Tribal Affairs Department has issued instructions in this regard. There is a provision to appoint guest teachers through the Guest Teacher Management System (GFMS).

The department has formed a committee under the supervision of departmental district convenors, wherever there is a problem in the recruitment process through the portal, which will complete the recruitment process. These are the same schools which claim to provide world class facilities.

The posts of more than 50 thousand teachers are vacant in the schools run by the School Education and Tribal Affairs Department. Both the departments also run CM Rise Schools. In which the posts of teachers are not being filled.

Madhya Pradesh announces 4% hike in Dearness Allowance (DA) for state employees-

The Madhya Pradesh government has decided to increase the Dearness Allowance (DA) of state government employees by 4 per cent, which will bring it at par with the DA proposed by the central government. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced to increase DA for state government employees.

The decision to increase the dearness allowance is being seen in connection with the assembly elections to be held in the state at the end of the year. The MP government had also announced to increase the DA for state government employees after the cabinet meeting on March 15. MP Home Minister Narottam Mishra had told that the allowance has been increased with retrospective effect from January 1, 2023.

Decision to give benefit of third time scale pay scale –

The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh informed that his government had also decided to give benefit of third time scale pay scale (third time scale pay scale) to the state government employees who completed 30 years of service in 2014. He further said that the state government has also decided that all those who have completed 35 years of service by July 1, 2023, will also be given the benefit of the fourth time scale pay scale.

Dearness Allowance/Dearness Relief Increase –

The order states that due to this DA hike, the arrears of Dearness Allowance from January to June will be paid in three installments. The CM said that under the sixth pay scale, all the employees of Madhya Pradesh state government would also see a proportionate increase in their dearness allowance.

In the video message, the CM said-

Our government has always been an employee friendly government. We have taken several revolutionary decisions in the interest of the employees. Recently, I had announced that we will give dearness allowance at par with that of the Center to the state employees, in the same sequence, we have decided to give 42% dearness allowance at par with that of the Center from January itself. From January to June 2023, the arrears of dearness allowance will be given in 3 equal installments.

All those employees who are getting the sixth pay scale, their dearness allowance will also be increased proportionately. We had also decided in 2014 to give 3rd time scale pay scale to our employees who have completed 30 years of service. Now we have also decided that all those who have completed 35 years of service by July 1, 2023, will be given the fourth time scale pay scale.

Electoral equations also dominate –

Elections will be held for 230 assembly seats in Madhya Pradesh by the end of the year. In the 2018 assembly elections, the Congress emerged as the single largest party with 114 seats and formed the government in the state, while the BJP came second with 109 seats. However, the Kamal Nath-led Congress government fell in March 2020 following a rebellion by MLAs loyal to Jyotiraditya Scindia. Scindia and his supporters later joined the BJP, bringing the saffron party back to its stronghold once again.

These states have announced-

The Odisha government also announced a 4 percent increase in DA for its 7.5 lakh employees and pensioners with retrospective effect from January 23. The DA for Odisha government employees has now been increased to 42 per cent and will be reflected in the June salary. Last month, the Congress-led government in Karnataka also increased the DA for its employees by 4 per cent with retrospective effect from January 1, 2023. DA in Karnataka has been increased from 31 percent to 35 percent.

The post Salary Date Change: Now the salary of the employees will come on this date, the government has issued a notification first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.

Vande Bharat Express: There is good news for the people of Madhya Pradesh. Actually, Madhya Pradesh is going to get its first Vande Bharat Express train soon. According to the reports coming out, the government will soon flag off the 11th Vande Bharat train.

It is expected that the Vande Bharat train will start running between Jabalpur-Indore from the last week of March. This will be the first Vande Bharat for Madhya Pradesh. Let us tell that Vande Bharat Express is currently running on 10 routes.

PM Modi will show the green flag!

According to the information coming out, the preparations for running the Vande Bharat train by the Jabalpur Railway Division have almost been completed. Vande Bharat train rakes will be maintained in the coaching yard of Jabalpur. Quoting sources, it is being told in the media report that in the beginning of April, Prime Minister Narendra Modi can show it the green signal.

The train will have a stoppage at Bhopal’s Rani Kamlapati railway station. Let us tell that this train was to be flagged off in the month of February itself, but due to its launch in Maharashtra, it got delayed. An investment of Rs 100 crore has been made on the construction of a train maintenance center in Bhopal.

Vande Bharat Express is becoming the first choice of people

It is noteworthy that the fastest running Vande Bharat Express of Indian Railways is now becoming the first choice of rail passengers. This semi-high-speed train is equipped with world-class facilities. Vande Bharat Express can run faster than other trains running in the country. Talking about the features of Vande Bharat Express, the maximum speed of the train is 180 kmph. Due to safety reasons, the train is currently being operated with a maximum speed of 130 kmph.

The design of this train also makes it special. Which is more modern and angular than the boxy, muscular trains of the Indian Railways. The dual color scheme of white and blue is also attractive. Also, the raised nose of the engine is like high-speed trains from other countries. It catches the speed of 0-100 kmph in just 52 seconds, while other trains in the world take up to 60 seconds.

Best scheme for girls: Under this scheme of the government, your daughter will get Rs 1 lakh 43 thousand. However, this amount will not be given in full. This amount will be given to you in 5 installments. You can apply like this.

The government makes some plan for every section of the society. Similarly, now the government has made such a scheme for the girl child, in which your daughter will be given tax amount of more than Rs. 1 lakh in 5 installments.

Although this scheme is very old, but many people do not know about the scheme. Therefore, if you have a daughter here, then you must know about this scheme because very few documents are asked in this scheme. Due to which most people get the benefit of this scheme, so let’s know about this scheme. How can you apply for this scheme? Where do you have to make this application?

When will I get the money?

Under this scheme, the government deposits 6-6 thousand rupees in a fund in the name of the girl child, that is, a total of Rs 30,000 is deposited in the name of the girl child. Then the girl child is given Rs 2,000 for taking admission in class 6T, Rs 4,000 for taking admission in class 9th, Rs 6,000 for taking admission in class 11th and Rs 6,000 for taking admission in class 12th. And when the girl child turns 21, she gets a final payment of Rs 1 lakh. Although now the government has increased the amount in this scheme, then the last installment will also increase.

Apply like this

Any person should contact the Anganwadi workers with all the documents of their girl child. Apart from this, you can apply from the Project Office, Public Service Center or any Internet Cafe. After this your application will go to the project office for approval, where your application can be approved or rejected. After the application is approved, the government will give a certificate of Rs 1 lakh 43 thousand in the name of your girl child. Let us tell you that earlier a certificate of Rs 1 lakh 18 thousand was given, but now the amount has been increased in this scheme.

Who eligible to apply?

The benefit of this scheme is given to those daughters of the state, whose parents are natives of Madhya Pradesh and they do not pay income tax. The name of this scheme is Ladli Laxmi Yojana.
