• Click on My Aadhaar section here.

• Click on Verify an Aadhaar Number in Aadhaar Service.
• Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number.
• Enter the captcha code correctly.
• Now click on Proceed to Verify.
• By doing this, the last three digits of your mobile number linked to Aadhaar will be visible.
• If any mobile number is not linked then the number will not be visible here.

After this, you will see the option of Ration Card For Ayushman Card . Find your family name here. After this, enter the name and details of the person in whose name the card is to be made. Aadhaar number will be asked in the details. OTP will come on the mobile number linked to Aadhaar number. Verify it. A consent form will open, tick all its options and press the Allow button on the right side.

The name of the people in whose name Ayushman card is to be made will be displayed in a blue box on the screen as a beneficiary. Select the option of e-KYC Aadhaar OTP below the box. After performing Aadhaar verification, again click on the icon below Capture Photo on the right side of the page. Take a photo with the mobile camera and click on the Proceed option.
