NPS CALCULATOR: Well, there are many schemes in the market to invest your money. All schemes have their own advantages and disadvantages. If you are thinking about your expenses after retirement.

Are thinking about where and in which scheme it will be safe to invest, then this news is for you. Today we are going to tell you about investing in the NPS scheme run by the government, through which you will get a pension of Rs 1 lakh after retirement. Let us know what is its calculation.

NPS scheme is a government retirement and savings scheme. The amount of money you invest through this scheme will be the pension you will get after retirement. Here we will tell you how you should invest from what age and for what period so that you can get a monthly pension of Rs 1 lakh after 60 years.

When will the scheme start

We assume that you are investing under this scheme after the age of 25 and you invest till the age of 60 and you are getting 12% annual interest on that investment. Now let us see how much to invest.

Investment plan

If you want a monthly pension of Rs 1 lakh after retirement, then you will have to invest accordingly. You will have to invest about Rs 7,750 every month for 35 years from 25 years to 60 years, with the expectation of a return of 12 percent.

When you invest around Rs 7,750 every month for 35 years, your total investment will be around Rs 5 crore. After this, about 40 percent of the investment will have to be bought in annuity scheme at an estimated interest rate of 6 percent, after which you will easily get a pension of Rs 1 lakh per month through this investment.

After retirement, apart from getting a lump sum amount under this, the benefit of pension is also available every month. Through the website of NPS, you can invest in it and here the returns and benefits can be easily understood. NPS calculator is also available here. If you want to invest, then you can understand the return on investment as per the requirement.

Under the National Pension System, more benefits can be availed by investing a very small amount. Here’s how you can get a monthly pension of Rs 57,000 by saving Rs 100 a day. Let’s understand the calculation

Pension on investment of 1500 per month at the age of 25

If you start investing Rs 1500 i.e. Rs 50 per day in NPS at the age of 25, then by the age of 60 the total corpus will be Rs 57,42,416. However, for this the annual interest should be 10 percent. You can invest even till the age of 75. At the time of exit from the scheme, investors have the option to buy an annuity plan with a corpus of up to 100 per cent.

If 100% annuity is purchased with this copper, the customer can avail a monthly pension of Rs 28,712. If only 40% of the annuity is purchased, then the monthly pension will be Rs 11,485 and you will get a lump sum amount of Rs 34 lakh, which you can withdraw.

How much pension will be received on Rs 100 per day

If you start investing Rs 3000 every month i.e. Rs 100 per day from the age of 25, then according to the NPS calculator, after 60 Rs 1,14,84,831 will be accumulated. If 100% annuity is purchased with this amount, then the total monthly pension will be Rs 57,412 and if only 40% annuity is purchased, then only Rs 22,970 will be given as monthly pension, but after retirement the lump sum amount will be Rs 68 lakh.

The post New Pension For Senior Citizen!

NPS Calculator: Everyone’s wish is that post-retirement life should pass smoothly without any stress. Always have money in your pocket to meet your needs and for everyday expenses.

That’s why it is necessary that the source of monthly income should remain. So whenever we start our job or employment, start planning for retirement along with it. Thinking of retirement planning, especially when you are in private job, then National Pension System is a good option. This is because it can create a big retirement fund. Along with this, you can also get monthly pension. Also, NPS is the cheapest pension product.

NPS Calculator: Planning ₹ 1 Lakh Monthly Pension

Let’s say your plan is to retire from your job or profession at the age of 60 and get a pension of Rs 1 lakh every month after that. You have chosen NPS for your retirement plan. Here it is important to know that how much should be invested every month so that after retirement, a pension of at least one lakh rupees comes. Let us understand with the help of NPS Calculator of SBI Pension Fund. Suppose you are 21 years old and you want to retire in 60 years. In this way, you will get a total investment period of 39 years for projected retirement planning. See calculation.

Monthly investment in NPS: ₹10,000
Total contribution in 39 years: ₹46.80 Lakh
Estimated Return on Investment: 10%
Net amount at Maturity: ₹5.62 Crore
Annuity Purchase: 40% (₹2.25 Crore)
Estimated Annuity Rate: 6%
Age 60 Pension on: ₹1,12,458 per month

(Note: This calculation is an approximate figure. Actual figures may differ.)

If you take 40% annuity in NPS (it is necessary to keep this minimum) and the annuity rate is 6% per annum, then after retirement you will get Rs 3.37 crore lump sum and 2.25 crore will go to annuity. Now with this annuity amount, you will get a pension of about Rs 1 lakh every month.

The more you keep the amount of annuity, the more pension you will get. The responsibility of investing the amount deposited in NPS is given to the registered Pension Fund Managers by PFRDA. They invest your investments in equity, government securities and non-government securities as well as fixed income instruments.

NPS: It is necessary to take 40% annuity

Annuity is a contract between you and the insurance company. According to this contract, it is necessary to buy an annuity of at least 40 percent of the amount in the National Pension System (NPS). The higher this amount, the higher the pension amount. The amount invested under annuity is received as pension after retirement and the remaining amount of NPS can be withdrawn in lump sum.

Let us tell you, under Section 80CCD (1B) of the Income Tax Act under NPS, the benefit of additional tax deduction is available on investment up to Rs 50 thousand. If you have met the limit of up to Rs 1.5 lakh in section 80C, you can avail this additional tax benefit.

(Disclaimer: There is no guaranteed pension in NPS. Here only a calculation is given. Investment or annuity returns are approximate. So consult your advisor before starting any investment.)

The post Super Retirement Pension: How much monthly investment required to get 1 lakh rupees monthly pension – Details Here first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.

NPS Calculator: Most of the people who work in the private sector do not have a huge amount after retirement so that they can think about their future life. In view of inflation, such people need to think from now and need to invest.

There are many schemes going on in the market regarding investment, some of them are Fixed Deposit, Public Provident Fund (PPF) and National Pension System (NPS). Talking about NPS, it is a voluntary retirement savings scheme, which encourages you to have planned savings. In this, you can keep your savings safe in the form of pension.

If you work in the private sector, you should consider investing as early as possible. Suppose you start investing Rs 4,000 every month in NPS at the age of 26 and continue investing till the age of 60, you will get more than Rs 35,000 as monthly pension. This is added by keeping the interest rate at 11 per cent.

About 2 crores back

If you start investing in this scheme from the age of 26, then your total investment will be Rs 16,32,000 when you reach the age of 60 years. At this point of time, your total corpus will be Rs.1,77,84,886. You will be surprised to know that you have invested only Rs.16,32,000 but you are getting back almost Rs.2 crores.

Your life will be happy after retirement

If you invest money in this scheme, then the lump sum return you will get will be Rs 1,06,70,932, while you will get around Rs 35,570 as monthly pension. So, you can see that not only will you be getting a pension of around Rs.35,000 per month starting at 61 years of your age, but you will also be getting a lump sum payment of more than Rs.1 crore. You will get so much money that your life will be happy after retirement.

After their NPS account matures, account holders can withdraw a lump sum amount from the corpus and later invest the remaining amount to buy an annuity for a fixed monthly pension.

Activate and auto-choice options

NPS offers four asset classes – equities, corporate debt, government bonds and alternative investment funds. An investor has two options to invest in NPS – Active and Auto Choice.

How to get Rs 75,000 monthly pension after retirement?

Who does not want a good amount every month in his bank account. So, if you want to get more than Rs 75,000 as pension per month from your NPS investment, here is how much you need to contribute. know about this.

For this, the total accumulated NPS corpus at maturity should be Rs 3.83 crore (ie at the age of 60 years). Here, we are assuming that we use only the mandatory 40 per cent NPS corpus to purchase annuity. The annuity rate is assumed at 6 percent interest per annum.

For example, a 25 year old person is investing Rs 10,000 monthly in NPS for the next 35 years (i.e. till the age of 60 years). Assuming 10% annualized return, the total NPS investment at maturity will increase to Rs 3,82,82,768. If they use 40 per cent of the total corpus to buy an annuity, they will get a pension of Rs 76,566 per month after retirement.

The post NPS Calculator: Get Rs 75,000 Monthly Pension After Retirement Sitting At Home! just do this work now first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.
