7th Pay Commission Latest news: There is good news for central employees and pensioners. Once again the expectation of getting a hefty amount in the account of the employees has increased. Now the government can take a decision soon on the 18 Months DA Arrear of the employees. According to sources, the time for talks with the cabinet secretary has also been fixed. This time the employees and pensioners have full hope from the government.

Central employees will get huge amount

Central employees are continuously demanding 18 months DA arrears, although the government has not given any update on this till now. But if the government agrees to this and if the central employees get the arrears of DA Arrear under the 7th Pay Commission, then the amount will come down in the account of the employees. Citing the rising inflation, the central employees are constantly adamant on their demand.

Big amount will come in the account

Now the question is, how much money will come in the account of the employees? According to Shiv Gopal Mishra of National Council of JCM (Staff Side), different employees have different arrears. The DA arrears of Level-1 employees ranges from Rs 11,880 to Rs 37,554, while for Level-13 (7th CPC Basic Pay-Scale Rs 1,23,100 to Rs 2,15,900 or Level-14 (Pay-Scale) If the calculation is done then the DA arrears in the hands of an employee will be paid from Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200.

Employees have high hopes on 18 months arrears

In fact, after the Corona period, the central government had increased the dearness allowance by 11 percent outright from July 1, 2020, but the arrears of dearness allowance made during that period have not yet been given to the employees. Despite the continuous demand, last year the Finance Ministry said that arrears will not be paid in lieu of freeze dearness allowance.

Due to this decision of the government, there is disappointment in the employees organization and they are constantly adamant on their demand. At present, the dearness allowance of central employees has increased from 34 per cent to 38 per cent. Now pensioners and employees have hope from the government that in view of the rising inflation, the government can agree with the employees, and a decision can come soon.

cabinet secretary gave meeting time

The cabinet secretary has fixed the meeting on this issue. In this meeting, the representatives of the Employees and Pensioners Union will request the secretary to pay the dues. However, it is not yet final whether the government will agree to its payment or not. Because, once before the government has denied it.

so much money owed

Central employees have not received the arrears of three installments between January 2020 and June 2021. This balance is 11 per cent. After the opening of the lockdown due to Corona, the government lifted the ban on freeze DA. After which the increased dearness allowance was paid after July 2021. But, no money has been received for the period of 18 months.

employees will get so much money

If the outstanding DA arrears are paid to the central employees, then a huge amount will come in their account. In a conversation with Zee Business Hindi, as an estimate, National Council of JCM (Staff Side) Shiv Gopal Mishra said that the payment of employees will be different at different pay levels.

will get so many thousand rupees

The DA arrears of employees at Level-3 can range between Rs 11,880 to Rs 37,554. Whereas, for Level-13 (Basic pay scale Rs 1,23,100 to Rs 2,15,900) or Level-14, the employee’s arrears can range between Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200. However, there can also be a negotiated settlement with the government. Then this figure may change.

The post Good news for Central employees can get money of outstanding DA Arrears, Rs 11,880 will come in three installments first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.

Dearness Allowance Arear: It is reported that the government is going to discuss the 18-month DA arrear at the end of this month. According to media reports, the time has been fixed for a meeting with the Cabinet Secretary regarding this matter.

Central employees can get another big gift in the month of November. It is reported that the government is going to hold talks on 18-month DA arrears at the end of this month. According to media reports, the time has been fixed for a meeting with the Cabinet Secretary regarding this matter.

However, it is not certain whether the government will agree to the arrears payment. In fact, after the pressure of the pensioners and employees union, the cabinet secretary has given time to discuss this issue.

The outstanding DA arrears of 3 installments have not yet been received
Central employees have not received the outstanding DR of three installments from January 2020 to June 2021. The government had stopped the DA due to the Corona epidemic, but the government increased the DA from July 2021. Meanwhile, the government did not give any money for 18 months DA.

Let us tell you that such amount can be found that the DA arrears of Level 1 employees will be between Rs 11,880 to Rs 37,000. At the same time, Level 13 employees will get Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200 as DA arrears. However, the government can discuss this amount. There were also reports that the government can settle by paying Rs 1.50 lakh. If this happens, a lot of money will come together in the salary of government employees.

Let us tell you that on the other hand, government employees hope that DA arrears will be available soon. All the employees are continuously demanding the withheld DA from January 2020 to June 2021.

7th Pay Commission latest news: Very good news is going to come soon for central employees and pensioners. The festive season has started and the government has given a gift to the employees by increasing the DA.

Along with this, now the government can also pronounce the decision on 18 Months DA Arrear (18 Months DA Arrear). Earlier in August, National Council Secretary (Staff Side) Shiv Gopal Mishra has also sent a letter to the Cabinet Secretary and the President of the National Council. If a decision is taken on this, then a huge amount will come in the account of central employees and pensioners.

When will the DA Hike be decided?

The long wait for the arrears of the central employees for 18 months is about to end. It is going to be announced by the government. According to sources, by the end of this month, the government can give a decision on the outstanding arrears. The 18-month DA arrear new update has been sent and now the DA arrears of the employees are being discussed in this letter.

If DA Arrear comes then you will get big money

The employees are standing firm on their demand regarding this 18 months DA arrears. If the central employees get the arrears of DA Arrear under the 7th Pay Commission (7th Pay Commission), a huge amount will come in the account of the employees. According to Shiv Gopal Mishra of the National Council of JCM (Staff Side), the DA arrears of Level-1 employees range from Rs 11,880 to Rs 37,554. Whereas, for Level-13 (7th CPC basic pay scale Rs 1,23,100 to Rs 2,15,900) or Level-14 (pay scale), the DA arrears in the hands of an employee will be Rs 1,44,200. 2,18,200 will be paid.

What is the logic of pensioners?

In fact, the pensioners have appealed that the Ministry of Finance should give the arrears of DA / DR withheld between January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. We will be extremely grateful for immediate action on this. Pensioners argue that retail inflation had risen sharply when DA/DR was stopped and prices of petrol and diesel, edible oil and pulses were also at record highs. In such a situation, the government should not stop this outstanding arrears money.

Pensioners are waiting

Let us tell you that if these arrears are received by the employees, then a hefty amount will come in their account. In such a situation, pensioners say that DA / DR is paid for the livelihood of the pensioners. During the 18 months, the cost and expenses increased continuously but the allowances did not increase. In such a situation, it is not in their interest to withhold dearness relief as part of pension, the only income of pensioners. Therefore, pensioners say that the government should consider it once again.

The post 7th Pay Commission: After DA Hike Now Big Update on 18 Months Outstanding DA Arrears!

DA Hike arrears: Waiting for the outstanding DA arrears of 18 months is still keeping the employees in the hope that the government can take a decision on it soon.

A new update has come regarding the pending DA arrears of central employees. According to media reports, the government can take a decision on this after Diwali. It is being said that the government can soon announce the payment of outstanding DA to the employees. However, nothing has been said about this officially from the government yet.

If the news is to be believed, then if the matter is made on the arrears, then a lump sum arrear of 11 percent will be given. The employees will get the DA arrear money according to their salary band.

Diwali Gift
In September, the government has increased the DA of central employees by giving them a big festive gift before Diwali. In the meeting of the Union Cabinet, a four percent increase in the Dearness Allowance of the employees was approved. After this, the DA they get has increased from 34 per cent to 38 per cent.

The benefit of this increased DA will be given to the employees from July 1, 2022. That is, there will be a big increase in the salary they get on Diwali.

DA arrears stopped in the era of Corona
The DA Arrears of central employees from January 2020 to June 2021 are pending. It is noteworthy that the government had stopped the DA of employees for 18 months during the outbreak of Kovid-19 epidemic in the country. Now that the outbreak of Corona is almost over and all the restrictions applicable to it have been removed.

The post DA increased arrears: 18 months of outstanding DA arrears will have to wait now, see arrears update first appeared on Rightsofemployees.com.
