Teacher Transfer Policy! New system will be implemented in the transfer process of state government teachers

The Uttar Pradesh government is going to make important changes in the transfer process of teachers studying in government schools of the state. Teachers of council schools of the state will now have to go through examination to get appointment in the school of their choice. According to media reports, teachers will have to undergo computer test. It will be started from Chief Minister Abhyudaya Composite Schools.

If Director General of School Education Vijay Kiran Anand is to be believed, preparations for the examination have been started. It can be implemented from next month itself. This examination will be taken to select senior teachers. The government is going to open one Chief Minister Abhyudaya Vidyalaya in all the districts of the state.

The system will be implemented in all districts

The government is going to implement this new system to improve the quality of government school education in the state. Under this, teachers will be encouraged on the basis of merit. The government believes that allotting schools to teachers on the basis of merit will increase competition among teachers and they will be able to give better results.

This examination will be conducted in all the districts of Uttar Pradesh. The School Education Department has also started preparations for this. It will also be implemented from next month itself. Computer based test will also be organized for the selection of teachers in 24 thousand composite schools of the state. Every year, teachers will be selected for desired transfer through this examination. At present 4.55 lakh teachers are posted in 1.39 lakh council schools in the state. The department will also provide training to teachers.

Computer will have to give best test

An agency will soon be selected for computer based tests in the districts. All necessary measures will be taken for fair and transparent examination. Teachers will also be given special training for this. Recently, while giving information, Director General of School Education Vijay Kiran Anand had said that a concrete system is being prepared to further improve the level of education in schools by using the talent of teachers doing good work in schools.
