Private vehicles will not have to pay tax

Along with the central government, the state governments also issue rules for paying toll tax according to their own. Now the people of Madhya Pradesh have got lottery. There private vehicles will not have to pay any kind of toll, only commercial vehicles will have to pay toll tax.

Giving information, DM MH Rizvi of MPRDC (Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited) has said that earlier it was decided to collect toll tax from all four wheelers, but then according to the order issued by the government, only commercial vehicles Toll tax will be collected from the same.

The tender process will be completed by next month.

Apart from this, it was informed in the cabinet meeting held last month that it was decided to give relief in toll tax to private vehicles including cars, jeeps and passenger buses on this route, after which The tender process has started and it is being told that the tender process will be completed by next month.

These people will not have to pay toll tax, apart from this, a list of those who do not pay toll tax has been prepared by the central government. Earlier only 9 categories of people were included in this list, but now it has been increased to 25. In this, vehicles ranging from government employees to dead bodies are included, people who do not have to pay any kind of toll tax.

These people will also get exemption in toll tax.

Giving information, the state government has said that the vehicles and non-commercial vehicles of former and present members of Parliament and Legislative Assembly, Indian Army, Fire Brigade, Indian Post, used for agricultural purposes Apart from tractor trolleys, auto rickshaws, two wheelers and accredited journalists, passenger vehicles will also be exempted from toll tax.
