UP Police SI Recruitment 2025: There is good news for the youth preparing for a job in Uttar Pradesh Police. Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board ( UPPRPB) has issued a short notice for recruitment to 4,543 posts of Sub-Inspector .
The detailed notification is expected to be released in September 2025. UPPRPB has posted on its social media account regarding SI recruitment . In this post, the board has informed that the release for UP Police SI recruitment will be published this week. Lakhs of candidates are eagerly waiting for UP Police SI and Constable Recruitment 2025.
The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board ( UPPRPB) on Monday officially released the short notice for the much-awaited UP Police SI Recruitment 2025. It has announced recruitment for a total of 4,543 posts of Sub-Inspector ( SI) . UPPRPB has also informed about the upcoming notification of UP Police Recruitment 2025 on microblogging platform X ( formerly Twitter ). UP Police SI Notification 2025 is expected to be released in September 2025. However, the official date has not been announced yet. The board has also released an official website related to this recruitment .
UPPRPB wrote on social media platform X , ” The process of OTR is going on for recruitment to a total of 4,543 posts of Sub Inspector Civil Police and equivalent posts in Direct Recruitment-2025 in Uttar Pradesh Police. In which more than two and a half lakh potential candidates have registered themselves. The notification for online application for the said posts will be published this week. Educational Qualification:- Must have graduation in any discipline from a recognized university .
Age Limit: Should be between 21 to 28 years. However, age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories .
Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
Height:– Candidates height should be 168 cms (Male), 152 cms (Female).
Chest Size :- Chest should be 79 cms (unexpanded) for Men and 84 cms (expanded) for Women.
Race details:- 4.8 Km (Men) in 28 minutes and 2.4 Km (Women) in 16 minutes .
Recruitment Process: Includes Written Exam, Physical Test , Documents Verification and Medical Exam .
Salary – ₹27,900 to ₹ 1,04,400 ( Pay Level 6) . Other allowances will also be given.
