Vande Bharat Express: Now Ajmer-Delhi train will run till Chandigarh, read full details

A good news is coming for the railway passengers going to Punjab from North Western Railway regarding Vande Bharat. Recently, Vande Bharat train was started between Ajmer and Delhi.

This Vande Bharat train was going up and down from Ajmer to Delhi via Jaipur. But the Railway Board has decided to expand this railway. Under this, it will now be run from Delhi to Chandigarh also. According to the decision, now Vande Bharat will start from Ajmer and go to Delhi via Jaipur and from Delhi onwards will go to Chandigarh.

Vande Bharat Express will leave from Ajmer at 6.55 am. It will reach Chandigarh at 2.45 pm. Then on the same day it will leave from Chandigarh and reach Ajmer via Delhi, Jaipur. According to the information received from Railways, there will be a slight increase in the speed of Vande Bharat for this. At present, North Western Railway has not released the date of its Chandigarh extension.

Passengers of Ajmer, Jaipur and Delhi will get the benefit.

It is being told that its date will also be revealed soon. Now for those passengers who want to go to Punjab directly from Ajmer via rail in less time, this Vande Bharat will prove to be convenient for them. Passengers going to Punjab will now be able to travel directly to Chandigarh from Ajmer, Jaipur and Delhi. Passengers of Alwar and Gurgaon will also be able to benefit from this.

Rajasthan is expected to get two more Vande Bharat trains.

It is noteworthy that till now three Vande Bharat trains are running from Rajasthan. Of these, one is operating from Ajmer via Jaipur to Delhi. The second one operates between Jodhpur to Sabarmati in Gujarat and the third one operates from Udaipur to Jaipur. There is a possibility of Rajasthan getting two more Vande Bharat trains.

One of these is likely to run between Jaipur and Indore. It is another matter that stones have been pelted on Vande Bharat train two-three times in Rajasthan. After that, its security arrangements have been increased in the trouble-prone areas.
