2. Salary and Benefits: The ₹1.25 Lakh Package
Upon commissioning as a Sub-Lieutenant (Pay Level 10), officers receive a highly competitive package.

Military Service Pay (MSP): ₹15,500 per month.

3. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

General Service/Technical: BE/B.Tech in any/relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.

Logistics: BE/B.Tech (any stream) OR MBA (1st Class) OR B.Sc/B.Com with PG Diploma in Supply Chain/Finance.

Final Year Students: Candidates in their final year of engineering are eligible to apply, provided they complete their degree with 60% marks before January 2027.

4. Selection Process: No Written Exam
The Navy follows a merit-based shortlisting process for this entry:
