										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dhanlaxmi Bank FD Rates: Dhanlaxmi Bank has announced changes in its fixed deposit (FD) interest rates. According to the official website of the bank, these new rates will be effective from today, 21 April 2025. Now the bank will offer a maximum interest rate of up to 7.25% on FDs less than Rs 3 crore</p>
<h3><strong>Dhanlaxmi Bank&#8217;s new interest rates</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>The bank will give 4.25% interest on 7 to 14 days FD.</li>
<li>4.75% interest will be given on FD of 15 to 60 days.</li>
<li>The interest rate on FDs of 61 to 90 days will be 5%, while 6% interest will be given on FDs of 91 to 179 days.</li>
<li>The interest rate on FDs with tenure ranging from 180 days to less than one year will be 5.25%.</li>
<li>The same interest rate of 5.25% will also be applicable on 300 days, 9 months and 27 days FDs.</li>
<li>The bank is now paying 6.75% interest on FDs maturing in 1 year to 2 years.</li>
<li>The bank is offering the highest interest rate of 7.25% on FD of 400 days (13 months and 4 days).</li>
<li>For tenures above 2 years and up to 3 years, the interest rate will be 6.5%.</li>
<li>The bank will give 7% interest on FDs ranging from 3 years to 5 years.</li>
<li>The interest rate on FDs from 5 years to 10 years will be 6.6%.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Senior citizens will benefit more</strong></h3>
<p>Dhanlaxmi Bank also said that senior citizens aged 60 years and above will get an extra interest of 0.50% per annum on all domestic FDs of 1 year or more. Established in 1927, Dhanlaxmi Bank is a private sector bank with its head office in Thrissur, Kerala. Over time, the bank has expanded its products and services.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3><strong>IndusInd Bank FD Rates: IndusInd Bank has shocked crores of customers. IndusInd Bank, one of the country&#8217;s largest private sector banks, has reduced the interest rates on FDs.</strong></h3>
<p>IndusInd Bank has changed the interest rates on fixed deposits (FDs) of less than Rs 3 crore. Now the maximum interest rate for general citizens will be 7.75% and for senior citizens it will be 8.25%. This rate will be applicable on FDs with a period of 1 year 5 months to less than 1 year 6 months.</p>
<h3><strong>Indusind Bank reduced interest on this FD</strong></h3>
<p>The bank is now offering interest rates ranging from 3.50% to 7.75% to general customers and 4% to 8.25% to senior citizens. Earlier, for the same period, general citizens used to get 7.99% and senior citizens up to 8.49% interest. These new rates of the bank have come into effect from 24 February 2025. IndusInd Bank has reduced FD rates after RBI reduced the repo rate.</p>

<h3><strong>IndusInd Bank has revised the interest rate on FD</strong></h3>
<p>IndusInd Bank has made this revision on FDs of less than Rs 3 crore. The bank is giving interest ranging from 3.50 percent to a maximum of 7.75 percent to general customers. The bank is offering a maximum interest of 7.99 percent to general customers. The bank is giving an extra interest of 0.50 percent to senior citizens as compared to general customers. The bank is giving a maximum interest of 8.49 percent to senior citizens. These new interest rates on FDs have been implemented from November 26, 2024.</p>

<li>Interest on FDs maturing in 211 to 269 days – 6.10%</li>
<li>Interest on FDs maturing in 270 to 354 days &#8211; 6.35%</li>
<li>Interest on FDs maturing in 355 to 364 days – 6.50%</li>
<li>Interest on FDs maturing in 1 year to 1 year 3 months – 7.75%</li>

<p>In the MPC meeting of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) held on December 8, 2023, the key repo rate was maintained at 6.5 percent for the fifth consecutive time, despite this, many banks had increased the interest rates on FD at the end of the year. Now Kotak Mahindra Bank has also been included in this list. On February 27, the bank has changed the interest rates for deposits less than Rs 2 crore. New rates for FDs worth more than Rs 2 crore have come into effect on February 29.</p>

<p>This bank offers more than 9% interest rate on fixed deposits for senior citizens.</p>
<p>Kotak Mahindra Bank offers interest rates between 2.75% to 7.40% to general citizens and 3.25% to 7.90% to senior citizens. Earlier the bank offered interest rates between 2.75% to 7.25% to general citizens and 3.25% to 7.75% to senior citizens. Was offering interest rate between Rs.</p>
<p><strong>Gives highest interest on this period-</strong></p>
<p>The bank offers the highest FD interest rate of 7.4% for regular citizens on deposits maturing between 390 days to less than 23 months. For regular citizens the rate on deposits maturing in 23 months or less than two years is 7.3%.</p>
<p><strong>Higher interest rates for senior citizens-</strong></p>
<p>The bank offers the highest FD interest rate of 7.9% for senior citizens on deposits maturing between 390 days to less than 23 months. For senior citizens, the rate on deposits maturing in 23 months or less than two years is 7.85%.</p>
<p><strong>How much return is being received in recurring deposit-</strong></p>
<p>The bank offers interest rates between 6% to 7.40% for regular citizens for tenures between 6 months to 10 years.</p>
<p><strong>Interest rates of other big banks-</strong></p>
<p>HDFC Bank offers the highest interest rate of 7.25% on tenure from 18 months to less than 21 months. ICICI Bank offers 7.20% for 15 months to 2 years. SBI offers the highest interest rate of 7.10% on “400 days” (Amrit Kalash) tenure.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Bank FD rates: The interest rates on FD have been changed by private sector ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank. ICICI Bank has implemented new interest rates for FDs ranging from Rs 2 crore to Rs 5 crore from December 5, 2023. The highest interest ranging from 4.75 percent to 7.25 percent is being given to investors by the bank.</p>
<p>According to the information given on the website of ICICI Bank, the interest on FD of Rs 2 crore to Rs 5 crore for a period of 7 to 14 days is 4.75 percent. The interest on FD of 30 days to 45 days is 5.5 percent and the interest on FD of 46 days to 60 days is 5.75 percent. Apart from this, interest on FD of 61 days to 90 days has been fixed at 6 percent, interest on FD of 91 days to 120 days has been fixed at 6.5 percent.</p>
<p>6.5 percent interest is being given on FDs of 121 days to 150 days, 6.75 percent interest is being given on FDs of 271 days to 289 days. The bank is offering 7.25 percent interest on FDs of one year to 389 days.</p>
<p><strong>HDFC Bank also changed FD interest rate</strong></p>
<p>HDFC Bank has also changed the interest rates on FDs of Rs 5 crore or more. The bank is now offering interest ranging from 4.75 percent to 7.00 percent on FDs of more than Rs 5 crore.</p>
<p>Let us tell you, recently the Federal Bank has changed the interest rates of some selected tenure FDs of less than Rs 2 crore. Now the bank is offering 7.50 percent interest rate to common citizens on FD of 500 days and 7.05 percent interest rate on FD of 21 months to less than 3 years. <p>However, after the decision of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to stop the increase in repo rate, banks have stopped increasing FD rates. In the month of September, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank and IDBI Bank have changed their FD rates.</p>
<p><strong>Kotak Mahindra Bank FD Rates</strong></p>
<p>Kotak Mahindra Bank has revised the interest rates of its fixed deposits. After this change in interest rates, Kotak Bank is giving 2.75% to 7.25% interest to general customers on FD of 7 days to 10 years. At the same time, the bank is giving 3.25% to 7.75% interest to its senior citizen customers on the same time period. The increased new interest rates are applicable from September 13, 2023.</p>
<p><strong>Axis Bank FD Rates</strong></p>
<p>Axis Bank has changed the interest rates on its fixed deposits. According to the official website of the bank, these rates are applicable from September 18, 2023. Axis Bank is offering 3% to 7.10% interest to its general citizens and 3% to 7.75% interest to its senior citizen customers.</p>
<p><strong>IDBI Bank interest rates</strong></p>
<p>IDBI Bank has also revised its fixed deposit rates. According to the bank&#8217;s website, these rates are effective from September 15, 2023. IDBI Bank is giving 3% to 6.8% interest on FD of 7 days to 5 years to general customers and 3.5% to 7.3% interest to senior citizen customers.</p>

Anyway, bank FDs are considered to be the most preferred investment option as it is considered safer than investing in equities like stocks, SIPs or mutual funds (MFs).</p>

<p>The bank is providing interest rate between 4.5% to 9% to the general customer. At the same time, the bank is giving an interest rate of 9.5% to senior citizens. These new rates are effective from 2 May 2023.</p>

<p>Utkarsh Small Finance Bank now offers a maximum interest rate of 8.25% for general public and 9% for senior citizens on deposits maturing in 700 days. According to the official website of the bank, the new FD rates are effective till February 27, 2023. The bank offers fixed deposits to senior citizens with interest rates ranging from 4.75% to 9%.</p>
<p><strong>Fincare Small Finance Bank FD rates</strong></p>
<p>Fincare Small Finance Bank is now offering interest on fixed deposits between 3% to 8.4% for general citizens and between 3.60% to 9.01% for senior citizens. The highest interest rate of 9.01% is offered for a tenure of 1000 days. These rates are applicable from March 24, 2023.</p>

<p>Some banks have even launched special FD schemes for their customers. Private sector lender Yes Bank has recently changed the interest rates on fixed deposits under ₹2 crore. According to the official website of Yes Bank, the new FD rates are effective from today, May 2, 2023.</p>
<p>After the revision, the bank is now offering interest rate on deposits maturing in 7 days to 10 years which ranges from 3.25% to 7.00% for general public and 3.75% to 7.75% for senior citizens. Apart from this, the bank is now offering a maximum interest rate of 7.75% for general public and 8.25% for senior citizens on deposits of 18 months to 36 months.</p>
<p><strong>Yes Bank FD Rates</strong></p>
<p>The bank is now offering an interest rate of 3.25% on fixed deposits maturing in 7 to 14 days, while the bank is now offering domestic term deposits maturing in the next 15 to 45 days. But is offering an interest rate of 3.70%. The interest rates offered by Yes Bank are 4.10% for deposits for 46 days to 90 days and 4.75% for deposits for 91 days to 180 days.</p>
<p>Deposits maturing between 181 and 271 days will now fetch 6.00% interest, while deposits maturing between 272 and 1 year will now fetch 6.25%. Yes Bank will pay an interest rate of 7.50% on FDs maturing between 1 year to 18 months and 7.75% on those maturing in 18 months to 36 months. The rate of interest applicable for term deposits between 36 and 120 months is 7.00%.</p>
<p><strong>Senior citizens will get double benefit</strong></p>
<p>On Yes Respect Fixed Deposit, senior citizens will get an additional interest rate of 0.50% over and above the regular rates for tenures ranging from 7 days to less than 3 years. Whereas on Yes Respect Plus Fixed Deposit, senior citizens will get an additional interest rate of 0.75% over and above the regular rates for tenures of 3 years to 10 years.</p>

<p><strong>SBI Fixed Deposit</strong></p>
<p>Senior citizens can double their money in a 10-year FD with State Bank of India (SBI). The bank is currently offering a maximum interest of 7.50% to senior citizens. The online FD calculator on SBI&#8217;s website shows that an FD of Rs 50,000 in 10 years will amount to Rs 1,05,117 after a maturity period of 10 years.</p>
<p><strong>HDFC Bank Fixed Deposit</strong></p>
<p>Senior citizens can double their money on a 10-year FD with HDFC Bank. The bank is offering 7.75% interest to senior citizens, which is the highest as compared to SBI and ICICI Bank. According to the online FD calculator, a deposit of Rs 50,000 in a 10-year FD will grow to over Rs 1.07 lakh after maturity of 10 years.</p>
<p><strong>ICICI Bank Fixed Deposit</strong></p>
<p>Senior citizens can double their money in a 10-year FD with ICICI Bank. The bank is currently giving 7.50% interest to senior citizens. According to the online FD calculator, a deposit of Rs 50,000 in a 10-year FD will grow to over Rs 1.05 lakh after maturity of 10 years.</p>
<p><strong>HDFC Bank&#8217;s 10 year FD will get more money</strong></p>
<p>The money deposited in all the three banks will double in 10 years. HDFC bank would give you more money back on 10 years deposit as compared to other 2 banks. The bank is paying 0.25 per cent more interest on its 10-year deposit.</p>

<p>New Delhi. Kotak Mahindra Bank has increased the interest rates on its FDs with deposits of less than Rs 2 crore. According to the information given on the bank&#8217;s website, the new rates have come into effect from November 1, 2022. The bank is now offering an interest rate of 2.75% to 6.20% for general public and 3.25% to 6.70% for senior citizens on deposits maturing in 7 days to 10 years.</p>
<p>Whereas on deposits maturing in 23 months to 3 years, the bank is now offering a maximum interest rate of 6.30% for general public and 6.80% for senior citizens.</p>
<p><strong>Kotak Mahindra Bank FD Rates</strong></p>
<p>The bank will get 2.75 on 7-14 days FD and 3.00 percent interest on FDs with 15-30 days maturity. FDs maturing in 31 to 45 days will be offered an interest rate of 3.25% and maturing in 46-90 days will now fetch an interest rate of 3.50%, which was 3.25% earlier.</p>
<p>Kotak Mahindra Bank has increased the interest on deposits maturing in 91 – 120 days from 3.75% to 4.00%. Maturity in 121 – 179 days has been increased by 25 bps to 4.25%. On fixed deposits maturing in 180 days to 270 days, the bank has increased the interest rate from 5% to 5.50% and on fixed deposits maturing in 271 days to 363 days from 5.25% to 5.75% . Deposits maturing in 364 days will now get an interest rate of 6.00%. Maturity from 365 days to 389 days will now fetch an interest rate of 6.10% instead of 6%.</p>
<p>Kotak Mahindra Bank has increased the interest rate on deposits maturing in 390 days (12 months 25 days) from 6.10% to 6.25%. On deposits maturing in 23 months to less than 3 years, the bank has increased the interest rate from 6.20% to 6.30% and Kotak Mahindra Bank on FDs maturing in 3 years and above but less than 4 years Offering an interest rate of 6.25%. Deposits maturing in 4 years and above and 10 years combined will now fetch an interest rate of 6.20% as against 6.10% earlier.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Bank FD- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) recently once again increased the repo rate (Rapo Rate Hike). The increase in the interest rates of the central bank also has an effect on the interest rates of fixed deposits (Bank Fd Rates). This is the reason why banks are now increasing the interest rate of FD.</strong></p>
<p>Private sector DCB Bank has also increased the interest rates of fixed deposits. The bank has increased the interest rates on FDs below Rs 2 crore. According to the bank&#8217;s official website, the new rates have become effective from October 17, 2022. The bank has increased the interest rates by up to 40 basis points. The bank will now pay 7.50% interest to the common customer on deposits maturing in a period of 700 days to 60 months.</p>
<p>Will pay 3.75% interest on FD maturing in 7 days to 90 days. DCB Bank will pay 4.50% interest to customers on deposits maturing in 91 days to less than 6 months. The interest rate on FDs maturing in 6 months to less than 12 months will be 5.70% and fixed deposits maturing from 12 months to less than 15 months will attract 6.10 percent per annum.</p>
<p>The bank will now give interest at the rate of 6.75% on FDs that are completed in less than 15 months to 700 days, an increase of 40 basis points . Similarly, customers will get 7.10% interest on fixed deposits maturing in 700 days. The bank has increased the interest on FDs maturing more than 700 days but less than 36 months by 40 basis points to 7.50% per annum.</p>
<p>DCB Bank has increased the interest rate on fixed deposits from 36 months to 60 months by 25 basis points. Earlier the bank used to give 7% interest, now it has decided to pay interest at the rate of 7.25% per annum. There is no change in the interest earned on FDs maturing in 60 months to 120 months and the bank will continue to pay 7.00% interest on it as before.</p>
<p><strong>Bank Re-launched Security Fixed Deposit</strong></p>
<p>DCB Bank has recently relaunched Security Fixed Deposit. The interest rate of this special FD with a tenure of three years is 7.10 percent per annum. Complimentary life insurance coverage of Rs 10 lakh is given to the customer making this FD. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Punjab National Bank (PNB) and Kotak Mahindra Bank have increased their fixed deposits (FD) interest rates. This increase by both the banks has been taken after the repo rate increased by RBI this month.</p>
<p>RBI had increased the repo rate on 5th August. After this, many banks and NBFC institutions have increased the interest rates of FD. The increase in FD interest rates by both the banks is applicable from today (August 17).</p>
<p>Public sector bank PNB has increased the interest rate by 0.20 percent on FDs of more than one year. The bank will now pay 5.50 percent interest on them. The bank has increased the interest rates by 0.15 percent on FDs of more than 1 year but less than 2 years. These have been increased from 5.45 percent to 5.50 percent.</p>
<p>On FDs of more than two years and up to 3 years, the bank will pay 5.60 percent interest. These have increased by 0.10 percent. For 3 years to less than 5 years, now the interest rates of the bank&#8217;s FD will remain at 5.75 percent. Deposits maturing in 1,111 days will get 5.75 percent interest. At the same time, the interest rates for more than 5 years to 10 are 5.60 percent. The bank will give an additional 0.50 percent interest to senior citizens.</p>
<p><strong>How much interest rate Kotak has increased</strong></p>
<p>Kotak Mahindra has increased its interest rates on FD by 0.15 percent. The bank has increased the interest rates by 0.15 per cent to 5.75 per cent for a period of 365 to 389 days. From 390 to three years FD will now get 5.90 percent interest.</p>
<p>Apart from this, Kotak Mahindra Bank has not changed the interest rates on deposits for a period of three years to 10 years. The interest rate for this will remain 5.90 percent. The bank has also increased the rates of its recurring deposit (RD). The interest rates on recurring deposits for a tenure of 6 months have gone up by 0.25%.</p>
