4. In the notification from the Department of Expenditure (DoT), it has been said that the amount of 50 paise or more in the payment of dearness allowance will be considered as full rupee. An amount less than that can be ignored.
5. According to the notification, the benefit of revised DA will be available to the civilian employees of Defense Services. This expenditure will come under the head of that particular Defense Service Estimate.
