Now after this, you have to come to the Applicant Information section and enter the name of the applicant, in which first of all you have to select the title. So Shri, Smt. Here you have to enter your name inside all the three sections, in which your first name will be here, which is visible in the center. Now while entering the name, so that you do not make any mistake, I will tell you with an example. Like your name is Amit Kumar Yadav, then what you have to do is Amit, your first name will be here, your name will be Kumar, your middle name, the last box which is visible, you have to enter it here. We have to come to the date birth proof section. Here also you will see that Aadhaar can be applied in the date of birth section. If you have a birth certificate, high school mark sheet, then you can give it. Whatever document you are giving, you have to select it. Aadhaar can be applied in all three documents. So we have selected Aadhaar in all three.

Through this also our PAN card will be made without any problem. Now after this you have to come to the declaration section. Here you will select the option of if you are above eighteen years of age. Here you can enter the name of your place, from whichever place you are filling the form, you can enter the name of your city, the name of your tehsil.

After this all of you will get the option to upload photo and signature. Here you have to upload the passport size photo. Now many people must be applying from mobile phone in today’s date. So let me tell you one thing that the passport size photo is professional, you can capture the photo from a mobile phone on a plain wall background and after this you have to keep one thing in mind that the photo you have captured here, whatever passport size photo it is, crop it from all sides and one thing to keep in mind is that its size should not be more than fifty KB.

If you click on the option of continue, then you are being asked to do the authentication of the PAN card file digitally through Aadhaar in which you have to click on the option of use Aadhaar and click on the option of authentication.

For example, if you click on the option of authentication, then an option of OTP generation will appear. Click on it. The OTP that will come in the middle of the message will come on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card because we are doing online i-signing in which we will not need to send any physical document. So here we will enter the OTP and click on the option of submit. So as we have clicked on the option of submit, to sign, click on the option of continue to proceed, click on the option of i-here. You have to enter the Aadhaar number here once, click on send OTP key.

An OTP must have been sent to our mobile phone, enter the Aadhaar number here, click on the option of Verify OTP. Now as soon as you do this, your application will be successfully registered here.
