Now after this, you have to come to the application type section here. Here we are making a new PAN card, so the option of New Pan Indian Citizen Form Number Udchan is visible. Select it.
Come to the category section. Here we will select the option of Individual. Now after this, you have to come to the Applicant Information section and enter the name of the applicant, in which first of all you have to select the title. So Shri, Smt. Kumari, whatever your name is, you have to select it here according to your gender. Now after selecting, you have to enter your name completely here. Now let me tell you one thing here that while entering the name inside the PAN card, you will see that three sections are given here.
Here you have to enter your name inside all the three sections, in which your first name will be here, which is visible in the center. The box with this is the middle name here, which is visible at the end, where you have to enter it and your surname. You have to enter it in the first box given here.
Now while entering the name, so that you do not make any mistake, I will tell you with an example. Like your name is Amit Kumar Yadav, then what you have to do is Amit, your first name will be here, your name will be Kumar, your middle name, the last box which is visible, you have to enter it here. Along with this, your surname will be Yadav. So you have to enter it here.
So now here a question comes that his middle name is not there, then you can leave it, here you have to enter the last name, now someone’s name is only Aamir, like here the last name section which is visible, you have to enter it here. Now for example I show you the sheet so that you do not make any mistake, enter the name here in the right way. Now after this you all have to come to the section of data birth, here you have to click on the option of this calendar. First of all, you have to enter your date of birth by selecting the year, month and date.

All of you are asked if you want a physical copy, then you definitely need it. After the PAN card is made, we will need the plastic card that comes to our house. We will click on it. Now after this, all of you have to enter the last four digits of your Aadhar card here. You have to enter your name as it is on your Aadhar card.

Mother’s name has to be entered here. All of you are asked whose name you want to print on your PAN card, then there is an option of father and mother. So here we will print father’s name.
In your case, if you want to print mother’s name if you are a single parent then you can do that, let me clear one thing here. Many people come, like.

You have to enter your complete address, first of all, by coming to the section of flat room door, whatever is your house number, you can enter it. First of all, you have to enter the name of your village in this section and here you have to enter the name of your gram sabha, whatever area it is. The name of the post office has to be entered here.
Coming to the sub division section, select the name of the tehsil and the name of the district here.
Select the country name India, select your status, enter the pin code of your area, post office.

Which documents you are giving to make this PAN card, you have to select them, so here for proof, you will click on the type of identity. Photo identity card, any issued by the government, you can give it. Now here the easiest way for me is Aadhar card, so Aadhar is available to everyone. So we will select Aadhar.
Now after this we have to come to the address proof section, here also many documents are given. You can give any utility bill, electricity, water, telephone bill, you can give your driving license, passport or any document of property registration, you can give bank statement. So whatever is your current address, whatever you have just added, you have to select any document of it. So here this address is also on my Aadhar card. So what will we do here? The option of Aadhar will also be available here, we will select it.
We have to come to the date birth proof section. Here also you will see that Aadhaar can be applied in the date of birth section. If you have a birth certificate, high school mark sheet, then you can give it. Whatever document you are giving, you have to select it. Aadhaar can be applied in all three documents. So we have selected Aadhaar in all three.
Through this also our PAN card will be made without any problem. Now after this you have to come to the declaration section. Here you will select the option of if you are above eighteen years of age. Here you can enter the name of your place, from whichever place you are filling the form, you can enter the name of your city, the name of your tehsil.
After this all of you will get the option to upload photo and signature. Here you have to upload the passport size photo. Now many people must be applying from mobile phone in today’s date. So let me tell you one thing that the passport size photo is professional, you can capture the photo from a mobile phone on a plain wall background and after this you have to keep one thing in mind that the photo you have captured here, whatever passport size photo it is, crop it from all sides and one thing to keep in mind is that its size should not be more than fifty KB.

What many people do is that they scan a large page and upload it, then what happens in it is that when your signature comes printed on your PAN card, then due to being on a large area, it does not look clear, so that is why these also have to be cropped. After cropping the area in which you have signed, if the size of the image is too big then you can recise it on our website.

To make this PAN card, we have to pay its fee online. So, we have to select any one payment gate here. We have selected Paytm.
The fee for making a PAN card is Rs. 10690. We have to click on the Agree option, click on the Proceed Payment option, click on the Confirm Pay option. So, now you will see that a payment gate has appeared in front of us where we can make the fee payment by scanning the tax code or we can make the online payment of our fee through debit card, credit card, UPI. So, here we can see another code, just like we scan it to make payment to a merchant. So, this payment will be done. Then you have to wait for a second automatically. This page will be reloaded.

But in my case you will see that after successful payment the message has been sent that the transaction details of the fee that we have paid have been uploaded here. If you click on the option of continue, then you are being asked to do the authentication of the PAN card file digitally through Aadhaar in which you have to click on the option of use Aadhaar and click on the option of authentication.
For example, if you click on the option of authentication, then an option of OTP generation will appear. Click on it. The OTP that will come in the middle of the message will come on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card because we are doing online i-signing in which we will not need to send any physical document. So here we will enter the OTP and click on the option of submit. So as we have clicked on the option of submit, to sign, click on the option of continue to proceed, click on the option of i-here. You have to enter the Aadhaar number here once, click on send OTP key.
An OTP must have been sent to our mobile phone, enter the Aadhaar number here, click on the option of Verify OTP. Now as soon as you do this, your application will be successfully registered here.
