2. Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for this program, you must meet the following criteria as of the cut-off date (Nov 30, 2025):

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university.

Age Limit: 20 to 28 years. (Reserved categories receive age relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years).

Language: You must be able to read, write, and speak the local language of the state you apply for (e.g., Marathi for Maharashtra). You need a 10th or 12th marksheet as proof of studying that language.

Exclusion: If you have already done an apprenticeship elsewhere or have over one year of work experience, you are not eligible.

3. Selection Process: No Exam, No Interview
Unlike regular bank PO or Clerk exams, this selection is purely Merit-Based.

Shortlisting: Based on your marks in Class 12 (10+2) or Diploma.

Language Test: A local language proficiency test may be conducted if your 10th/12th certificate doesn’t prove it.

Document Verification: Matching original certificates with your application.

Medical Examination: Final clearance before joining.
