Airport Big Update: Airport Runway to Remain Closed Daily for 3.5 Hours from August 20 to November 5

Lucknow. Repair work is going on on the runway of Amausi Airport, which will be completed by August 15. Only after this, flights will be able to operate 24 hours a day. Meanwhile, the airport administration has taken a ‘Notam’ i.e. Notice to Airmen from August 20 to November 5.

Under this, the runway of the airport will remain closed every Wednesday from 9:30 am to 1 pm. According to airport sources, the system of keeping the runway closed on Wednesday for regular maintenance is an old one.
