If state governments increase taxes on beer, it will be difficult to get a beer worth Rs 200 for Rs 50.

This deal is not just for beer, it also applies to Scotch whisky and cars. The tax on Scotch whisky has also been reduced from 150 percent to 75 percent. As a result, it will become cheaper in the Indian market as well.

After this agreement, not only whisky and beer from Britain, but also cars will become cheaper. Similarly, Britain will reduce taxes on garments and heavy goods exported from India to Britain. This agreement will work to give a new direction to trade between the two countries.
