You cannot change the address on the basis of a non-registered agreement.

To get the address updated on the Aadhaar card, you will have to visit the official website of Aadhaar card https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in . After this, you will have to click on login. There you will have to enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code. After this, you will have to click on the update address section. You will have to upload the Registered Rent Agreement as supporting documents and pay Rs 50. After this, the address will be updated on your Aadhaar card.
