DDA Flats Near Metro Station: A total of 1,537 affordable flats will be made available to the public in Delhi’s Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony, and Moti Nagar areas in the second phase of the DDA Jansadharan Awas Yojana 2025. Bookings will begin online on November 7th.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the second phase of its Jansadharan Awas Yojana 2025, which aims to provide affordable housing near metro stations in Delhi. The scheme is specifically designed for the economically weaker section (EWS) and low-income group (LIG), enabling them to own homes with better connectivity and modern amenities.

This time, the scheme includes the highest number of 1,120 EWS flats in Narela, located in G-6 and G-7, Pocket 11, near the proposed Rithala-Narela-Kundli Metro corridor. Additionally, 308 LIG flats will be available in Sectors 34 and 35 of Rohini, 73 LIG flats in Ramgarh Colony near the Jahangirpuri Metro Station, and 36 EWS flats near the Basai Darapur Metro Station near Moti Nagar.

Distribution and Location of Flats

A total of 1,537 flats have been released under this scheme, including 1,120 EWS flats in Narela, 308 LIG flats in Rohini, 73 LIG flats in Ramgarh Colony (near Jahangirpuri Metro Station), and 36 EWS flats in Moti Nagar. These flats are located near the metro corridor, providing easy commuting for residents.

Prices and Discounts

Flats prices vary depending on location and category. EWS flats in Narela cost ₹11.8 lakh to ₹11.9 lakh (after a 15% discount), while LIG flats in Rohini cost ₹14 lakh to ₹14.2 lakh. Flats in Ramgarh Colony are available for ₹13.1 lakh to ₹14.5 lakh. Flats in Moti Nagar are selling for ₹25.2 lakh to ₹32.7 lakh.

Booking Process and Requirements

Bookings will be made online on the DDA Housing Portal starting November 7, 2025. A one-time registration fee of ₹2,500 will be charged. Interested applicants must register first to book a flat. If someone has already registered, they will not need to re-register.
