Process to file nomination in EPF account
- First of all, go to the official website of EPFO at https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/index.php.
- Now on the home page of the website, you have to go to Services in the blue bar on the top and click on For Employees.
- After clicking on For Employees, a new page will open. Services section will appear at the bottom of this page, where you have to click on Member UAN/Online Service (OCS/OTCP).
- After this you have to log in by entering your UAN number, password and captcha code.
- After logging in to the account, go to the Manage tab appearing on the top and click on E-Nomination.
- Now a new page will open, where you have to click on YES in the Family Declaration appearing at the top.
- Now you have to click on Add Family Details and enter all the necessary details of that family member whom you want to make as your nominee. Let us tell you that you can make more than 1 person a nominee for your EPF account.
- Coming down, you will have to declare the percentage of the amount to be shared by clicking on Nomination Details.
- After this you have to click on Save EPF Nomination.
- Now you have to click on e-Sign to generate OTP. After this OTP will come on your registered mobile number.
- After entering the OTP, the e-nomination will be successfully filed in your EPFO account.
