When will HDFC Bank service be down?

HDFC Bank on Friday announced that a planned system maintenance will be carried out later this month affecting some customer service channels. The maintenance will run from 11:00 pm on August 22, 2025 to 6:00 am on August 23, 2025, i.e. a total of 7 hours.

Which services will be down?

During this period, customer care services such as phone banking IVR, email support, social media channels, chat banking on WhatsApp and SMS banking will not be available. However, services will continue to be available on the toll-free number provided for hotlisting in case of account or card loss/fraud. Customers can continue their transactions during this period through phone banking agent service, and digital channels such as net banking, mobile banking, PayZapp and MyCards.
