Districts like Rampur, Moradabad, Bijnor, Meerut, Saharanpur, Shamli, Baghpat have been included in this. Due to the thunderstorm, the people of the state have got relief from the scorching heat.
Many houses collapsed in some places
However, at some places many houses have collapsed. There is a possibility of strong winds along with lightning in many plain areas of North India including Uttar Pradesh between 18 and 20 April.
In the districts of Uttar Pradesh where rain warning has been issued, apart from Aligarh, Ghaziabad, storm warning has been issued in Azamgarh, Baghpat, Banda, Bhadohi, Noida. Apart from this, rain alert has been issued for the next few days in Ghazipur, Gorakhpur, Hamirpur, Jhansi, Meerut, Moradabad.
Strong wind speed reaching 50 to 70 kmph
Strong winds are predicted to blow at a speed of 50 to 70 kilometres per hour. Along with this, storm warning has also been issued in many places.
