Heavy Rain Warning: The fierce form of monsoon is visible in many states. The India Meteorological Department has predicted that heavy rains may occur in many areas of North, Northeast, East, West, Central and South India in the next 48 hours.

During the next 2 days, heavy rains may occur in many other areas including Jharkhand, North Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in many states of North, Northeast, East, West, Central and South India. According to the Meteorological Department, many states of Central India will be hit by heavy rain for the next 48 hours.

The India Meteorological Department has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall over northwest India and the west coast for the next 4 to 5 days.

The Meteorological Department has said that a low pressure area has formed over Southwest Gangetic West Bengal and adjoining areas. Due to this, heavy to very heavy rains are likely to continue over central and adjoining eastern India during the next 3 to 4 days.

According to IMD, heavy to very heavy rains are likely at isolated places over East Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, interior Odisha and Vidarbha during the next 48 hours.

According to IMD, dense clouds will remain in eastern Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh for the next 7 days. During this time, light to moderate rains along with thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds at the speed of 30 to 40 km per hour may occur at many places.

Delhi-NCR may remain cloudy today (July 9). There is a possibility of rain in many areas. Apart from this, there may be rain in the ghat areas of Konkan and Goa, Central Maharashtra during the next 7 days.

According to the Meteorological Department, light to moderate rains along with thunderstorms and lightning are expected at most places in Northeast India during the next 7 days. Heavy rains are expected in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura till July 13.
