Monsoon in India – The weather has changed suddenly in many states of India. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, the weather pattern has changed due to the activation of the Western Disturbance.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall is also predicted at isolated places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura as well as in sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.
