Indian Railways is going to give two big gifts to Gujarat. Indian Railways has decided to operate two new express trains for passengers, which also includes the service of Vande Bharat Express. Please note that train number 26901 Sabarmati-Veraval Vande Bharat Express will be operated six days a week. This train will not operate only on Thursdays in a week. This train will depart from Sabarmati station at 05:25 AM daily. This train will reach Veraval station at 12:25 PM via Chandlodia, Viramgam, Rajkot, Junagadh.
Train number 26902 Veraval-Sabarmati Vande Bharat Express will depart from Veraval station at 14:40 pm daily. This train will reach Sabarmati station at 21:35 pm via Junagadh, Rajkot, Viragam. Development work is currently underway at Chandlodiya station in Gujarat under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. After its completion, Vande Bharat Express will also have a commercial stoppage at Chandlodiya station.
Apart from this, for the convenience of passengers in Gujarat, operation of another express train Valsad Dahod Express is also being started. Train number 19011 will depart from Valsad station at 05:15 am every day. This train will reach Dahod station at 11:05 am via Bilimora, Navsari, Surat, Vadodara, Godhra. On return, this train will leave from Dahod station at 11:55 am and reach Valsad station at 20:05 pm.
There will be a total of 17 coaches in this train. One executive class coach, four third AC coaches and 10 second class coaches will be installed in the train. Apart from this, there will be two guard cum parcel van coaches. Disabled passengers will be given the facility to sit in the guard van.
