Two more new entry and exit gates have been opened for passengers at Namo Bharat Station located at the new bus stand. Earlier, two entry and exit gates were open. Now passengers will be able to use four entry and exit gates. Now passengers will be able to cross the road from the foot over bridge through these entry gates.
The new bus stand is the highest station on the Namo Bharat Corridor. Its height is 26 meters, length 215 meters and width is about 44 meters. This station is surrounded by high traffic routes on three sides in a densely populated area.
According to the location, this is the most important station of Ghaziabad. There is the highest crowd of passengers here. One of the new entry and exit gates, gate number one, has been built at Chaudhary Charan Singh Park. This will make it easier for passengers coming from Delhi to enter Namo Bharat Station.
This entry-exit gate is connected to the station through a foot over bridge. Its length is about 130 meters and width is about 6.5 meters. The second entry and exit gate number two is built towards Arya Nagar. It is also connected to the station through a foot over bridge.
Its length is about 20 and width is 6.5 meters. The last and important entry and exit gate number three of the station has been built towards Patel Nagar. It has not been opened yet. Soon it will be opened for passengers. This gate has also been connected to Ghaziabad Namo Bharat station through a foot over bridge. Its length is about 30 and width is 6.5 meters.
Construction is going on to connect Namo Bharat station to metro
Under the multi-model integration, the FOB is being constructed from Namo Bharat station to New Bus Adda Shaheed Sthal station of Delhi Metro’s Red Line. This FOB will connect Namo Bharat and Delhi Metro stations at the concourse level. Its length will be about 330 and width about 6.5 meters.
Automatic travelators will also be installed on this FOB for the convenience of passengers. Passengers will be able to use all the FOBs built at the station for free to cross the road.
