Indian Army Operation Sindoor:- In retaliation for the Pahalgam terror attack, the Indian armed forces have attacked nine terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) in the early hours of Wednesday.
The Indian Army said in a statement issued at 1.44 am that the military strikes have been carried out under ‘Operation Sindoor’. The Indian Army has carried out a major attack on terrorist camps in Pakistan and its occupied Kashmir (PoK) under ‘Operation Sindoor’. This operation has been carried out on nine places from where a conspiracy to attack India was being hatched.
Meanwhile, all schools in Pakistan have been closed. Emergency has been declared in Pakistani Punjab. The Indian Army carried out Operation Sindoor by carrying out air strikes in PoK on the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday. The Army has also destroyed the headquarters of Jaish-e-Mohammed located in Bahawalpur. The headquarters of Jaish is spread over about 200 acres of land. It also had a mosque, school, hospital, farm and a training camp, which the Army has completely destroyed. According to the information received, about 70 terrorists have been killed. More than 50 people have been injured.
The Indian Army’s action has caused the most damage to Lashkar. Several top Jaish terrorist commanders have been killed in this airstrike. The army has targeted five terrorist hideouts in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and four terrorist hideouts in Pakistan’s Punjab province. The army carried out airstrikes in Sialkot, Chak Amu, Muridke and Bahawalpur in Pakistan.
