Customers will now be able to take advantage of digital services like e-market place, instant QR, PNB Metaverse. The purpose of this new toll free number of the bank is to provide hassle free facility to the customers. The new number has been informed by the bank. This is toll free number. Customers will not be charged for calling on this.

A new number has been issued by Punjab National Bank on its foundation day. The bank has launched its new customer care numbers 1800-1800 and 1800-2021. These numbers are easy to remember. These are aimed at making it easier for the PNB customer to contact the customer care team. In addition, the Bank has launched other products such as e-Marketplace and Instant QR on the mobile banking app PNB One, PABL (Pre-Approved Business Loan), Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), Digital KCC through Jan Samarth Portal, Tab and Video-KYC. Current account opening through PNB, PNB e-Swar and PNB Metaverse etc.
