School Holidays 2025: There is good news for school students and teachers. The state government has announced holidays in schools for the 2025-26 session. Now all the students of Madhya Pradesh will get long holidays from 1 May to 15 June.
These holidays will start from 1 May and will continue till 15 June, that is, students will get a full 45 days holiday.
At the same time, this time will be a relief for teachers as well, because they will get leave from May 1 to May 31. This leave will be implemented simultaneously in all government and private schools.
Teachers will also get 1 month leave
Summer holidays have also been announced for teachers. This year teachers will get holidays from 1st May to 31st May, i.e. they will get the benefit of one month’s leave. This will be the time for teachers to relax with their families and enjoy their holidays to the fullest.

Holidays on upcoming festivals as well (School Holidays 2025)
Apart from this, the Madhya Pradesh government has also announced holidays during other festivals:
- Dussehra: Schools will remain closed from October 1 to October 3.
- Diwali: From October 18 to October 23, students and teachers will get Diwali holidays.
- Winter Vacations: Winter holidays will be given from 31st December to 4th January.
