The price of domestic LPG cylinder has remained unchanged since April 08, 2025. Its price is Rs 853 in Delhi, Rs 879 in Kolkata, Rs 852.50 in Mumbai and Rs 868.50 in Chennai.

Oil marketing companies review the prices of cooking gas and aviation fuel every month based on changes in gas prices in the international market and the exchange rate of the rupee against the dollar, and new prices are generally implemented from the first of every month.

It should be noted that oil marketing companies have increased the prices of aviation fuel from Saturday. According to Indian Oil Corporation, the country’s largest oil marketing company, the price of aviation fuel in Delhi has increased by Rs 777 (0.83 percent) to Rs 94,543.02 per kiloliter from today. New LPG connections in India are now available “on demand,” meaning immediately. If you don’t have an LPG connection from any PSU oil company and have a separate kitchen, you can get a new Indane gas connection for your home.

Domestic Gas Cylinder Price Latest Congress had promised to provide gas cylinders to all citizens at subsidized rates during the recent Jharkhand assembly elections if the ruling alliance returns to power. The party is part of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM)-led alliance in the state.

The fifth change in the list of major changes from November 1 is related to the telecom sector and these new rules can be implemented from the first date. Actually, the government has instructed all telecom companies including Jio, Airtel to implement message traceability. Under this, telecom companies have been ordered to block spam numbers. In such a situation, companies can block the number by putting the message in the spam list even before the message reaches their SIM users.

Sixth change – Banks will not work for 13 days.

The cylinder became cheaper by Rs 120.50 and became Rs 689 on January 1, 2019. On January 1, 2020, the cylinder rate increased by Rs 19 and the price reached Rs 714.

Rates will not change on January 1 of 2022 and 2023

There was no change in the rate on January 1, 2021 as compared to the rate of December 2020. The price of domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi remained stable at Rs 694. In the year 2022, the rates did not change on January 1, but due to changes in other months of the year, the cylinder price reached Rs 1053.
