With this, apart from five medical colleges located in the state, 24 District Sadar Hospitals, 12 Divisional Hospitals, 188 Community Health Centers and 385 Primary Health Centers will be run in a better way. Before independence, in 2015, under the leadership of former Chief Minister Raghuvar Das, the government had increased the retirement age of non-teaching doctors to 65 years.
