If you do not have any proof of address then you can easily get Aadhaar card made. Because UIDAI issues a Standard Certificate to help the persons applying for Aadhaar card without documents . Now you can easily get your Aadhaar card made without any documents. For this you have to take care of some important things.

According to a UIDAI circular, standard certificates can be obtained from various functionaries like MP or MLA or Gazetted Officer or Tehsildar or Tehsildar to get Aadhaar made. You can also get the standard certificate from the head of the educational institution or the councilor or the head of the orphanage or the head of the village panchayat. Because it has been decided to make Standard Certificate for Aadhaar Enrollment in Schedule II of Regulation 10(2) for Aadhaar Enrollment and Updates (Annexure I and II) through these officers.

Explain that the Standard Certificate which will be issued to you by UIDAI. You can use the standard certificate only for address proof. This will help you in getting an Aadhaar card. This certificate is especially for those who do not have any document for proof of address.

You can apply in three ways

Explain that a person can apply for Aadhaar card in three ways. Document based, Head of Household based or Introducer based (who knows you well). The document based process allows a person to apply for an Aadhaar card if he/she has a valid proof of identity, proof of address and proof of date of birth.

If a person does not have the required documents, then there are two ways to apply for Aadhaar card, i.e. either through the head of the family and the other through the introducer based method.

This document is necessary for the certificate

In case of non-receipt of documents, a person is required to provide proof of identity, proof of address and/or date of birth for the certificate to be issued by the special authorities. However, due to non-availability of standard format, people are facing many problems regarding what details should be mentioned in the required certificate.
