There is a possibility of heavy rain on July 27, the effect of which will be visible from today i.e. July 26 evening. There is a possibility of 4 to 8 inches of rain. This may lead to flooding once again in some places. Despite the Bina river being in flood at Mala Ghat bridge on Khurai-Rahatgarh road, truck drivers are driving trucks at the risk of their lives. An accident happened here just four days ago. Even after this, many drivers are driving their vehicles recklessly.

Here, the mountain road connecting Khurai in Sagar district with Vidisha district has been closed for the last three days. The water is flowing 3 feet above the bridge here. Entry has been stopped by barricading this road. However, Sagar city is receiving less rainfall this season compared to rural areas. There was light rain for some time during the day. The day remained cloudy, and the city also experienced humid heat at times during the day.

The minimum temperature of the city was recorded at 23.4 degrees.

So far, the total rainfall in the city this season has reached 513.2 mm. Heavy rain is predicted in Sagar district. The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert regarding rain in Sagar district on July 27 and 28. It has been drizzling intermittently in the ocean since morning. Although people are expecting heavy rain, so far the city has received only moderate to heavy rain once.
