You can make changes in your Aadhaar like this:-
Step 1
- If you too have just got married and want to change your surname and address in your Aadhaar, then you can do this.
- For this, first of all you have to go to the nearest Aadhar Seva Center with your husband.

- You have to fill the form by going to the center
- In this, other information like name, Aadhar number and mobile number has to be given.
- Apart from this, you also have to attach copies of some documents along with this form and take the originals along with you to the centre.

- You have to carry husband’s Aadhar card, marriage certificate and marriage card among the documents.
- The official at the center collects your documents as per requirement
- Then the copies of these documents have to be attached to the form and submitted to the concerned officer.

- After this your biometrics are taken
- Your photo also gets clicked
- After this your information is updated and it gets updated in some time.
- After this you can get your PVC card home delivered for just Rs.50.
