A charge of Rs.50 has to be paid.

For getting a new PVC card, a fee of Rs.50 has to be paid. This card contains secure QR code, hologram, micro text, date of issue and printing of the card and other information.

How to make PVC Aadhar card?

  • For this you have to apply online on UIDAI website.
  • On this website, go to the ‘My Aadhaar’ section and click on ‘Order Aadhaar PVC Card’.
  • After this you have to enter your Aadhaar 12 digit number or 16 digit Virtual ID or 28 digit Aadhaar Enrollment ID (EID).
  • After this you have to fill the security code or captcha.
  • Click on Send OTP for OTP.
  • After this, enter the OTP received on the registered mobile in the space provided and submit.
  • After submission, a preview of the Aadhaar PVC card will appear in front of you.
  • After this you have to click on the payment option given below.
  • After this you will be sent to the payment page. You will have to deposit a fee of Rs 50 here.
  • After completing the payment, the order process of your Aadhaar PVC card will be completed.
  • After the entire process is completed, UIDAI will print the Aadhaar and hand it over to Indian Post within 5 days.
  • After this, the postal department will deliver it to your home through speed post.

You can get a new card made offline as well,

if you do not want to get it made online, you can make it offline as well. For this you have to go to the base center. By going there you can easily get your new Aadhaar card made.

Aadhaar-PAN has to be linked by 30 June

The deadline for linking PAN-Aadhaar is 30 June 2023. To link Aadhaar-PAN, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 1,000. If Aadhaar is not linked with PAN by June 30, the PAN card will become inactive. If it is inactive, such people will not be allowed to open mutual funds or stock accounts.

Apart from this, if you use this PAN card anywhere as a document, then a heavy fine can be imposed. Under Section 272B of the Income Tax Act 1961, you can be fined up to Rs 10,000.
